Document Controller (Based in Banting, Selangor)
Responsibilities:
- Executed an effective filing system for all documentation (drawings, technical documents and correspondences) in hardcopy and soft copy for easy storage, search & retrieval.
- Preparing document transmittal to inter-department, sub-contractors & client as well as being the focal point for any document received from internal and external parties and distribute to them accordingly.
- Responsible for controlling of database for recording register of correspondence both incoming and outgoing and create and maintain a Master Document Register.
- Creation of Documentation Tracking Tools. Scanning / Copying  / Printing of documentation.
- Coordinate with subcontractor for documents handling.
- Computer literacy.
- Transmittal preparation for support & pipe spool job card to subcontractor.
- Issuance of Stop Work Notice, Spool Release Note and additional MIV through transmittal.
- Issuance of spool clearance report.
- Drawing and bar code sticker print out for fabrication job card.
- Handling and filing ( all NDE reports)
- Able to start immediately and willing to work at Banting, Selangor.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least SPM/"O" Level, Professional Certificate, Diploma any field.
- Required language(s): English.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Banting, Selangor.
- Preferably Junior Executives/Executive specializing in Engineering - Oil/Gas or equivalent.
- Contract position available (4 months).

Junior HR & Admin Executive (based in KL)
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resource function including recruitment & selection, payroll administrative, compensation & benefits, HR policies and procedures. Conducts orientation program to new employees, attend to employees' requests and queries on HR issues;
Prepares HR related correspondence and documentation with careful attention to both legal requirements and appropriate HR practice; update and maintain employees' database, information and to organize proper filing and record keeping;
In charge for the processing of expatriate's work permit application, government liaison such as embassies, immigration department and labour office;
Administration of hospitalisation insurance program for all employees in accordance with the terms and conditions of service;
Undertake special assignment, perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned to from time to time.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, MS Word
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, and English
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent
Contract position (18 months)
Junior Executive (Accounts) (KL Office)
Responsibilities:
Handling daily accounting entries
Responsible in Account Payable (Cheque and E-banking) including banking transactions / Account Receivable, Journals and General Ledger entries.
Reconciliation of Bank Satetement.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Avanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor Degree or equivalent
Required languages(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English

Have the basic knowledge for bookkeeping
