JOB DESCRIPTION
Key roles and responsibilities
1. Keeping and maintaining comprehensive filing system for MGCBU
2. Administrate and document filing in accordance with ISO requirements
3. Input and update information in Product Life Cycle Management (PLCM)
4. Maintain and update business development database and customer database
5. Handle and follow up vendor registration for product range under MGCBU
6. Coordinate business travel and accommodation for MGCBU members
7. Compile and tabulate MGCBU's member official expenditures and claims
8. Assist in tender preparation and final documentation submission
9. Preparing minutes of meetings
10. Undertake any duties as assigned by the Head of Business Unit & Marine Growth Control.
Skills & Experience
Product Life Cycle management
Overseas travel and accommodation arrangement.
Qualifications :
Diploma in IT/Computer Science
At least 5 years working experience in related field
Proficient in written and spoken English Language.
Mature, positive attitude and highly motivated individual.
High level of integrity, extremely well organized and meticulous.
