Neste Oil Singapore is Neste Oil’s manufacturing arm and sales and marketing office in Asia. In our Tuas plant, we produce the world’s cleanest diesel fuel, NExBTL, which is manufactured from renewable raw materials.

Neste Oil Singapore invites applications for the position of: 


ELECTRICAL AND INSTRUMENTATION ENGINEER-Closing date : 26 August 2014

You will be responsible for maintenance and reliability of all Electrical equipment, Process Control Instrumentation and Analysers in the plant.  

Key duties and responsibilities:

  • Accountable to the Maintenance Manager/Senior Engineer on all equipment maintenance matters.
  • Management of Maintenance team, Contractors and spare parts.
  • Establish effective short and long term maintenance plan.
  • Turnaround planning and execution.
  • Provide technical support, troubleshoot and conduct root cause analysis for failed equipment.
  • Data analysis of CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management System) reports for equipment availability and reliability improvement.
  • Prepare monthly maintenance report.
  • Prepare maintenance project tender specifications.
  • Participate in Neste Oil safety program. 

Requirements:
  • Degree in Electrical, Electronic Engineering or equivalent  
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in related industry
  • Strong technical knowledge, communication, co-ordination and time management skill are preferred
  • Familiarization with CMMS and inventory management will be an added advantage  


INSTRUMENTATION SPECIALIST-Closing date : 26 August 2014

You will be responsible for maintenance and reliability of all mechanical equipment and piping in the plant.  

Key duties and responsibilities:
  • Provide process analyser system and instrumentation support to Operations and upkeep the availability of analysers and instruments
  • Perform preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance of analysers and instruments
  • Perform spare parts/shutdown planning and execution with permit systems and procedures
  • Schedule weekly and daily maintenance work plan and timely update investigation findings and work description in CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management System)
  • Execute approved field engineering and project works 

Requirements:
  • Degree/Diploma in Instrumentation, Electrical & Electronics Engineering or equivalent  
  • Minimum 3~8 years of relevant work experience in related industry
  • Strong technical knowledge, communication, co-ordination and time management skill are preferred
  • Familiarization with CMMS and inventory management will be an added advantage
