Experience : At least 1 year experience in Administrative/Tender area & any related field
Skill : Good in communication in English & Bahasa Malaysia, experienced in Microsoft Office, Proactive and Fast Learner


Job Description:
Admin Scope:
1) Handling company license such Petronas license,MMHE,CIDB & PKK and etc
2) Manage registration of Swec Code in Petronas License
3)Organize and maintain file and records
4)Provide general administrative support such distributing staff of Admin Memo.
5)Prepare official correspondence, coordinate and tracking functions, format correspondence and handle incoming and outgoing letter.
6)Create meeting agendas, notifications and follow up items.
7)Coordinates and schedule events, meetings, travel and hotel reservation.
8)Maintaining customer/client contact database, corporate files and business plans.
9)Applying EOSP (Electronic offshore Safety Passport) of Manpower.
10)Arrange Offshore medical to manpower.


Tendering Scope:
1)Prepare, organize and maintain bid, contract records and related correspondence documenting contract performance and compliance.
2)Prepare the Price Schedule to Commercial Manager and prepare overall of administration documents of Invitation to Bid (ITB).
3)Ensure submission of Invitation to Bid (ITB) meet with the dateline.
4)Record Incoming Purchase Order and Maintain the security of confidential information.
