School of Postgraduate Studies: Programme Director (International Trade) (SPS PDIT)
Requirements:
  • At least a Master’s degree in a business related field
  • Possess administrative experience in a tertiary or professional setting
  • Strong organisational skills and able to perform multi-task functions
  • Excellent inter-personal and inter-cultural communication skills

Information Technology Manager (PU-ITM)
Accountabilities:
  • To manage and maintain the IT System and associated equipment for the University.
  • To manage the security protocols that cover both software and hardware hazards (including theft and hardware abuse) and Security Incident Reporting.
  • To manage the disaster recovery plan for normal and unplanned emergency situations.
  • To be responsible for managing a customer support helpdesk to ensure all staff can effectively use all hardware and software to meet their responsibilities.
  • To conduct adequate research and development of new technologies and maintain a testing lab for support and other requirements.
Requirements:
  • Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in a tertiary education institution.
  • At least 2 years of working experience at a senior management level managing a team of IT operational staff.
  • Excellent spoken and written English language skills.
Administrative Executive (Student Services) (PU-AESS)
Accountabilities:
  • Assist in managing accommodation services provided by the university
  • Liaise with vendors on the various accommodation and transport services
  • Organize orientation activities on student services
  • Facilitate student activities involving clubs and societies
  • Respond to feedback from student and parents on student services
  • Assist in managing recreational and other facilities on campus
  • Assist in preparing the budget for the student services unit
Requirements:
  • At least a Diploma or a Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia language skills
  • Able work independently as well as part of a team
  • Willing to be on standby (after office hours)
Executive/Senior Executive – Marketing & Business Development (PU-MKT)
Accountabilities:
  • To assist in the development, planning and execution of the University’s marketing strategies
  • To oversee the admissions database
  • To provide admissions counselling to students and parents
  • To liaise with sponsors, government agencies and vendors
  • To assist in managing the day to day administration of the marketing office
  • To participate in road shows, education fairs and other marketing activities as may be required
  • To liaise with school counsellors or recruitment agents
Requirements:
  • Possess a Degree in Business Administration / Marketing or related discipline
  • At least 2 years working experience in the education sector
  • Proven track record in student recruitment, marketing and promotions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia language skills
  • Willing to travel, both outstation and overseas and work beyond normal working hours
  • Possess own transport
Executive/Senior Executive – Finance (PU-FIN)
Accountabilities:
  • Maintain a full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL) and able to handle more than one subsidiary
  • Manage petty cash account for the University
  • Maintain banking transactions and keep accurate records on inter-company transactions and balances inclusive of account reconciliation
  • Verify / reconcile all data entry including bank statements, journals, invoices, payment vouchers and other accounting matters
  • Keep and maintain records of Fixed Asset Register, payments and receipts
  • Assist Bursar and Finance Manager in preparing and monitoring budget operation, expenses, revenue and other accounting documents and reports
  • Liaise with other department, external auditor, banker and other external parties where necessary
Requirements:
  • At least a LCCI, Professional Certificate, Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent
  • Candidates with related work experience in the education line would be an advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent spoken and written English language skills
Assistant Clerkship Coordinator (Based in Seremban) (PU-ASC-Ser)
Accountabilities:
  • Liaise with students, faculty, hospital staff at clinical sites, and school administrator or any issues related to clinical placement
  • Provide support to clinical staff in matters relating to the clinical placement
  • Help in daily operations of the clinical placement, organize and prioritize necessary tasks and resolve issues as they arise
  • Assist in conducting clinical placement orientation
  • Assist in the preparation of accreditation materials
Requirements:
  • At least a Diploma in any field
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in an administrative support position
  • Experience in nursing or administrative support in hospital is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
