We are currently seeking currently seeking highly motivated candidates for the following positions for the development of a 24 storey 328 room luxury hotel and 18 storey condominium in Miri, Sarawak:
1. RESIDENT ENGINEER (M&E) / ASSISTANT R.E.
Min 5 years’ experience in M&E field. Salary potential up to RM10,000 per month.
2. RESIDENT ARCHITECT
Min 5 years’ experience in Architectural field with on-site experience. Salary potential up to RM10,000 per month.
3. M&E CLERK OF WORK/SITE SUPERVISOR
Min 3 years’ experience in M&E construction field. Salary potential up to RM6,000 per month.
4. INTERIOR DESIGN SITE SUPERVISORMin
5 years’ experience in Interior Design construction field.
5. C&S CLERK OF WORK/SITE SUPERVISOR
Min 5 years’ experience in C&S Field.
All positions are based in Miri. Relocation and living allowance may be offered to candidates located outside Miri. Public Relations Intern
Positions          : 2/2
The public relations intern will work directly with our Corporate Communications Manager.

The role will be a varied one and will include assisting with:
  • Developing, writing and distributing approved press releases
  • Media relations, including pitching, researching and scheduling interviews
  • Organisation of photo opportunities
  • Building and maintaining relationships with both local and national media
  • Following-up with members of the media to track and ensure stakeholders placement
  • Planning and executing company events
  • Global media monitoring for industry and market trends
  • Execution of special PR and Employee Relations projects
Desired Skills and Experience
  • Strong desire to learn the online public relations environment
  • Experience using many different forms of social media
  • Quick learner, self-motivated, and able to multi task on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Strong drive to achieve results
  • Visual aesthetic skills & interest in developing visual communication skills
  • Enthusiastic, positive attitude that works well on a team, and independently
  • Works well under pressure and deadlines
  • Must be enrolled, with at least a Diploma or a Bachelor’s programme at an accredited college or university
