Position: Document & Trade Executive
Location: Singapore
Job Description:
  • Process incoming/outgoing documentation from/to client and external parties.
  • Coordinate trade documentation, such as contracts, L/C and shipping documents to ensure smooth trading and timely payments. 
  • Ensure that all documentation meets defined quality standards and also handle banking documentation. 
  • Generate all reports related to document status, progress reports and diagrams.
  • Assist the Administration Manager on logistics arrangement for both domestic and international shipments. 
  • Assist in contracts and establish communication directly with customers pertaining to document submission. 
  • Handle invoicing, proforma invoices, packing L/Cs, sales documentation and other trade related work.
Job Specification:
  • Degree in Finance.
  • Strong knowledge of document management, document control process, records management.
  • Expertise in handling Trade and Finance affairs such as Letter of Credits (L/C), Guarantees, Bonds etc. 
  • Working experience in adhering to export and import regulations UCP 500/600 is a must.
  • Prior experience in oil trading /marine trading would be preferred.

Job Description:
  • Plays a role in maintaining inter-departmental relationships. 
  • Participate in creating narratives which are linked to financial/operational results. 
  • Participate in creating and delivering presentations related to planning, budgeting and performance management.
  • Provide management information and timely analysis on key financial and non-financial metrics. 
  • Review periodic performance and management reports and provide comments.
  • Play an active role in providing support for strategy development and execution. 
  • Coordinate the process for identifying risks to the delivery of plan performance.
  • Participate in the development of business cases to quantify benefit of performance improvement initiatives.
Job Specification:
  • The successful candidate have at least 12 years total professional work experience.
  • The candidate must also hold a CFA or CMA certification.

Job Description:
  • Directs and controls the activities of the assigned operators in the frequent adjustment and balancing of the panels production units. 
  • Establishes, monitors and continuously improves operating targets for processing, safety, environmental compliance and efficiency. 
  • Provides functional, technical and process leadership to refinery operators.
  • Manage day-to-day operation of a refinery, staff and activities, ensuring that schedules and performance requirements are met and system resources are used effectively.
Job Specification:
  • Higher Diploma or equivalent
  • 6 years experience in Oil Refinery / Petrochemical / Processing Operations with Distributed Control System (DCs) operations knowledge, control rooms and loading operations.

  • Develop business in assigned Markets through distributors by providing technical and marketing support.
  • Appoint new distributors whenever required to ensure business development.

Job Description:
  • Executing the internal audit strategic plan that is designed to address the significant business risks and to evaluate and test the internal control structure of operations. 
  • Manages audits for all companies under the control, in accordance with internal audits schedules.
  • Manages the assessment of the effectiveness and efficiencies of the utilization of the organization's resources.
  • Reviews the scrutiny of records of assets including materials, equipment and buildings; ascertaining their safeguarding and proper depreciation being charged. Prepare regular status reports of audits executed. 
  • Perform Internal Audit reviews to identify risk and existing risk management / control practices. 
  • Establish and maintain appropriate professional contacts and relationships with the company personnel and external auditors/consultants.
Job Specification:
  • CA/ICWA/CPA/MBA/BE (Engg).

Position: Senior Petrochemical Trader
Location: Sharjah, United Arab Emirates
Job Description:
  • Manage a petrochemical trading portfolio covering global markets.
  • Manage all trading of physical and financial petrochemical to produce positive trading revenues.
  • Provide trading and market reports on a regular basis to the Petrochemicals team. 
  • Manage physical and financial sales of petrochemical products to clients in Middle East and other regions.
  • Grow relationships with counter parties and new clients in region.

Position: Customs Coordinator
Location: Fujairah, United Arab Emirates
Job Description:
  • Confirm and document accurate product, manufacturing and material specifications for designed custom print products. 
  • Works with factories, external customs brokers and carriers to resolve customs clearance delays that hold up getting our goods to our warehouse or customer timely.
  • Communicate documented product specifications to Sales, Estimating, Customer Service, Scheduling, and Manufacturing.
  • Responds to requests from finance to ensure materials have customs tariff assigned timely to allow financial projections to be made accurately and timely. 
  • Resolve any compliance issues by communicating with our Custom House brokers, couriers and upper management.
Job Specification:
  • 3+ experience in an import environment, working either for an importer or a Customs Broker

Position: Senior Procurement Manager

Job Description: 
  • Strategic sourcing by entering into long term Supplier Relationship Agreement.
  • Development and implementation of sourcing strategies for different projects.
  • Finalisation of terms and conditions of contract for material and services.
  • Pre-qualification of vendors / contractors for major supplies and services.
  • Monitoring the contracts / sub-contracts for projects

Job Specification:
  • Degree in engineering, preferably mechanical.

  • Oversee the preparation of various financial statements and reports.
