Amaniaga full package of supplies and services entails the initial engineering design layout, project management & planning, implementation, installation and commissioning and thereafter, scheduled maintenance, troubleshooting and reliable after-sales service. We identify the requirements of each client, and then assist in the front-end engineering design (FEED) before recommending the most cost effective and efficient solutions. Throughout this phase, constant and comprehensive technical discussions with our prospective clients as part of our value added services in developing innovative ideas in the exploration, production and maintenance stages of fields’ development. Responsibilities
  • Establish recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives: meeting with managers to discuss needs
  • Determines application requirements, qualifications and placing job advertisements as well as interviews.
  • Improve organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices,  monitoring compensation practices, emphasizing benefits and perks
  • Avoid legal challenges by understanding current legislation; enforcing regulations with managers; conducting training
  • Accomplish human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
  • To handle full set of payroll and benefits processing such as payroll calculation and performing reconciliation in a timely manner
  • Maintain proper filling system and proper record keeping of information/ documents
  • Assist in special projects as required and ensure they are completed in timely and efficient manner and follow-up is done.
Requirements
  • At least a Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • At least 3 years working experience in the related field
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and report writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Mature, proactive, independent and must be computer literate
  • Applicant must be willing to work in Kuala Lumpur city Center or Klang Valley
