1.SECURITY MANAGER

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop, implement and enforce effective security systems and policies to ensure the company's assets, employees and customers are protected
  2. Review and revise existing security operating procedures in developing a comprehensive approach in loss-control, in terms of minimizing and mitigating risks
  3. Lead the investigation of security incidents and employee disciplinary matters. Compile report on security violations, thefts, unrecorded stock shrinkage and other unusual incidents or any suspicious activity
  4. Enforce supervision, discipline and work ethics over all security personnel and also formulate/conduct in-service security training
  5. Liaise with various Government Agencies to maintain good rapport with statutory authorities and be responsible for dealing with any inquiries from them
  6. Analyze, determine and formulate course of action in emergencies such as fires, robberies, accidents and other hazards
  7. Investigate industrial accidents to determine courses and make recommendations to management for making working conditions as safe as possible
  8. Compile, maintain Reports of Accidents for management action and for reporting to Statutory Authorities
  9. Prepare studies and the analysis of industrial accident causes and hazards to health for use by company personnel and outside agencies as and when required
  10. Make recommendations to the management on all matters where the security and safety of the company can be improved
  11. To administrate, monitor and submit all leave application, overtime claim, billing, disciplinary action justification and all other administration requests of all security teams
  12. Provide advice on employee disciplinary area, recommend on necessary action and assisting in domestic inquiry process
  13. Perform any other job/function that may be assigned to him by his Superior
Requirements:

2. ACCOUNTANT (1 Vacancy)

Responsibilities:
  1. Report the overall Accounting and Financial activities in accordance to IAS and MASB standards
Requirements:
  1. Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or professional qualification in Accounting.
  2. Must be a member of MIA / CPA, Completed ACCA / CIMA
  3. Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting operations
  4. Good command in both written and spoken Mandarin and English
  5. Possess strong analytical skills in financial variance analysis and costing
  6. Willing to work in Taman Mayang, Petaling Jaya
     
3. DOCUMENT CONTROLLER (1 Vacancy)

Responsibilities:
  1. To maintain and update the hardcopy and softcopy of HACCP and ISO 9000 master list and documents
  2. To maintain, control and monitor the flow of documents
  3. Filling and archiving quality records
  4. Improvement in document management system, including maintaining the document server
  5. To handle QC / QA office administrative work
Requirements:
  1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in any related discipline
  2. Minimum 2 years in similar capacity, especially experienced in ISO 9000 or HACCP documentation
  3. Proficient in English

4. CAKE DECORATOR (1 Vacancy)
Responsibilities:
  1. Cake decorating for special customer orders within specified time
  2. Creativity, attention to detail, and high standards are required
Requirements:
  1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Baking
  2. Experienced in 3D Cake Decoration would be an added advantage
  3. Mature, Creative, and innovative
  4. On-the-job training will be provided

5. STORE HAND (5 Vacancies)
Responsibilities:
  1. Receives and inspects all incoming materials and reconciles with purchase orders; processes and distributes receiving goods with purchase orders
  2. To assist in goods receiving, storing, record keeping, accounting for, distributing, shipping, and issuing equipment, apparatus, materials, and supplies
  3. To report and track damages on orders received
  4. To assist in preparing Bill of Material (BOM) lists for all products
  5. To maintain the warehouse, records area and stores area in a neat and orderly manner
  6. To perform other related duties as required
Requirements:
  1. Candidate must possess at least a SPM or equivalent
  2. Proficient in MS Office applications especially MS Word and MS Excel
  3. Good communication and interpersonal skills

6. SHIPPING ASSISTANT 

Responsibilities:
  1. Dealing with all import and export documentation and ensuring it is fully accurate
  2. Dealing with import and export permit and ensuring it is fully accurate
  3. Liase with Ministry of Health in order to obtain Health Certificate for importation and exportation purpose
  4. Ensure the current and timely execution of all logistic aspects including customs
  5. Ensure the payment has been made to Accounts Department before delivery
  6. Keep abreast of latest developments in the field and to advise superiors accordingly for implementation of the latest
    systems / equipments / items, processes and upgrades
  7. Liaise with existing and new clients assignment, coordinating the company logistics activities
  8. Ensure information received from the suppliers relating to changes in delivery dates are communicated to the relevant
    internal personnel and the ERP system is updated
  9. Assist in processing orders and expedite deliveries
  10. Perform the verification of incoming goods with purchase order in coordination with warehouse
  11. Coordinate with finance regarding due payments for customers
  12. To prove technical, legal / statutory, commercial inputs and assist in the implementation of all procurement systems in the organization
    to ensure that these are undertaken as scheduled
Requirements:
  1. Diploma / Degree in related field
  2. At least 1 year experience in related field

7. ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT

Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure all daily transactions are recorded and updated in the specific records
  2. Perform sourcing and ensure timely delivery of goods
  3. To issue statement of account, debit note, credit note and filing of invoices
  4. Execute data entry and tracking
Requirements:
  1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Accountancy or its equivalent
  2. Required skill(s) : MS Excel, MS Word
  3. Required languages : English, Mandarin
  4. Applicants must be willing to work in Taman Mayang, Kelana Jaya
  5. Fresh graduates / Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply

8. QC EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities:
  1. To handle in-process quality control
  2. To carry out process improvement plans
  3. To conduct and expedite export, lab test (microb) management
Requirements:
  1. Degree in Food Science / Food Technology / Nutrition / Bioprocessing
  2. At least 1 year experience in industrial field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
  3. Possess food and nutrient analysis / microbiologist experience
  4. Must be willing to work in Taman Mayang or Kota Damansara and possess own transport

9. LAB ASSISTANT

Responsibilities:
  1. To conduct lab test and nutrition analysis
  2. To perform cake preservation studies and process change
  3. To perform any ad-hoc tasks as given
Requirements:
  1. Diploma in Food Science / Food Technology / Nutrition
  2. At least 1 year experience in related field
  3. Possess food and nutrient analysis experience
  4. Must be willing to work in Taman Mayang or Kota Damansara and possess own transport
  5. Computer literate
  6. Able to work independently
     
10. CHARGEMAN / TECHNICIAN

Responsibilities:
  1. To coordinate and attend to trouble-shooting of breakdowns and repairs for factory
  2. To carry out preventive maintenance for factory utilities and machineries
  3. To act as coordinator to ensure occupational safety and health compliance
  4. To assist in following up of renovation or upgrading work at factory
  5. To oversee the operation of waste treatment plant
  6. To attend critical electrical case at outlet when required
Requirements:
  1. Minimum Diploma / Degree in related field
  2. Experience in taking charge of 11KVA MSB
  3. B1 - B4 qualification from Suruhanjaya Tenaga
  4. Willing to work at Kota Damansara
  5. Possess own transport

11. CAFÉ MANAGER (Klang Valley outlets) 

Requirements:
  1. Must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in any field
  2. At least 3 years of working experience in the related field
  3. Must possess own transport & willing to travel
     
12. SUPERVISOR / ASSISTANT SUPERVISOR (Klang Valley outlets) 

Requirements:
  1. Must possess at least a Diploma in any field
  2. At least 2 years working experience in the related field
  3. Strong in communication skills
  4. Able to work under minimum supervision
     
13. SERVICE CREW / KITCHEN CREW (Klang Valley outlets) 

Requirements:
  1. Minimum SPM qualification
  2. Pleasant personality with interpersonal skills with good communication in English & Bahasa Malaysia
