FIELD SERVICES ENGINEER

Execution of the single cleaning/gauging and/or inspection run including onsite briefings with clients.

DESCRIPTION

  • Control and execute inspection works and the required auxiliary works at the complex technical installations.
  • Site inspection preparation including, site visits, verification of survey-related customer requirements, HAZID (HSE risk assessment) in close cooperation with HSE Management, detailed time planning of personnel & tool in coordination with the Project Leader, onsite tool preparation, coordination of inspection runs, coordination of onsite activities, onsite reporting, onsite data check and warehousing, tool reconditioning after the inspection, site closing meeting with customer and coordinating mobilization and demobilization activities.
  • Tools maintenance consisting of tools and equipment assembly and testing, reconditioning and refurbishment, provision of inspection accessories readiness and related workshop processes and procedures.
  • Close cooperation with Area Manager and Service Coordinator in accordance with ROSEN guidelines to ensure successful deliveries of inspection service worknet.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in any engineering field from a reputable University.
  • Excellent work ethics with the ability to work independently, diligentlly and under time pressure.
  • Willing to be mobilized in a short notice and on a extended period.
  • Outstanding communication skills and management ability.

HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER

DESCRIPTION

  • Lead and deliver an effective, proactive HR service within the company and drive continuous improvement of the HRM process.
  • Formulate efficient HR policies and implement group HR policies and procedures to support our operating company and affiliated international branches.
  • Supervise and control the employee planning and recruitment process, the reward and compensation structure, the payroll and the HR support of the daily operation.
  • Manage the HR infrastructure and department in an efficient and thus cost effective manner.
  • Ensure full compliance with local labour regulations and labour legislation in each country where we employ personnel.
  • Advise General Management about HR related issues.
  • Coach and manage all personnel in the HR departments.

REQUIREMENTS

  • A Bachelor's Degree or higher in Human Resources Management field of studies
  • At least 8 years of working experience as HR Manager, preferably with international responsibilities.
  • Affinity and interest in the Oil and Gas business.
  • Ability to deal with different stakeholders, such as General Management, employees, works council etc.
  • Flexible mindset and working attitude.
  • Strong communication skills and good empathic capabilities.

Working closely with global operators of oil & gas production and storage facilities, pipelines and utility systems our business is focussed on reducing risk, maintaining integrity and extending the service life of client assets.
 
This is a Senior Appointment aimed to accelerate the growth and in particular the identification of new business opportunities in the Asia-Pacific region. It will have a direct reporting line to the Regional General Manager & Vice-President. The successful candidate will be tasked with identifying and proactively pursuing new business opportunities through the development of new and existing business contacts, and conducting customer visits, locally and overseas.
 
Essential Skills and Experience
  • Expert knowledge of up to date oil and gas activity and trends, in particular, the pipeline and Plant & Terminal industry, on a global scale.
  • Knowledge of asset integrity management activities in oil & gas production or storage facilities and pipeline systems
  • Strong commercial focus with previous accountability for revenue and profitability targets.
  • Proven experience of working directly with customers and track record in developing business within a relevant engineering field.
  • History of developing and maintaining an extensive client base for the promotion of the company's service portfolios
  • Track record in identifying opportunities and implementing marketing & commercial strategies to increase orders volume and profitability.
  • Fluent in English

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proven and documented track record in in Oil & Gas or Industrial Services Industry.
  • Knowledge of international and local regulatory requirements and all applicable codes and standards for defined applications.

DATA ANALYST

Preparing and analyzing the inspection data and to report the evaluation results

DESCRIPTION

  • Process and prepare the inspection data for analysis using proprietary software according to company procedure.
  • Analyze/interpret signal data recorded by inspection tools with the use of propriety analysis software.
  • Merging and comparing different inspection data
  • Prepare final report documentation containing result of the inspection for client.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1 - 2 years working experience in area of data analysis
  • A bachelor’s degree in engineering, science or technical discipline or equivalent work experience in a related area is preferred.
  • General computer skills – to learn and adapt to new software applications easily
  • Microsoft Office skills, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel and basic understanding of database concept.
  • Able to travel occasionally, mainly for report presentation and site/field activities.  
  • Strong analytical and interpretive skills, detail oriented person.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work well within a team environment
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing demands and situations
  • Demonstrated consistent work history and commitment level
