PHN Industry Sdn Bhd, a leading specialist in the automotive components manufacturing industry, is indeed a success story in its own right. Conceived through the best-breed of technologies from Malaysia and Japan, alongside national car maker Proton Bhd and Mitsubishi Corporation, PHN Industry Sdn Bhd has since been actively involved in the production of medium-to-large automotive components for car makers Proton, Perodua, Honda and Toyota.
 
From producing small-dies of up to 500kg, today, the company has propelled its standards and capabilities to produce medium-to-large parts and components of up to 7 tonnages. Technician (Dies Making / Finishing Section)
1) Certificate/ Diploma in Tool & Dies, General Mechanics or Metal Fabrication from technical institution such as ILP/IKBN/IKM, etc.
2) Minimum 1 year working experience in machining
3) Able to operate CNC machine and other conventional machine
4) Have a general understanding of Dies Manufacturing process flow

Technician (Plant Maintenance Section)
1) Certificate/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical Industry/ Mechatronics or its equivalent from recognized institution such as Polytechnics, IKM or ILP
2) Minimum 1 year working experience in machining is required for dies maintenance and knowledgeable in PLC program and robotic system
3) Have basic understanding on electrical schematic drawing and pneumatic program, able to use proper maintenance working tools
4) Having knowledge in Quality Management System such as ISO 9001:2008 is an added advantage

Executive (Procurement and Vendor Development Department)
1) Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/ Economics/ Accounting or Engineering related field such as Mechanical and Material Science
2) Minimum 2 years working experience, preferable in purchasing (such as tendering exercise) Engineering or supply chain management
3) Familiarity with Manufacturing / Engineering working environment will be an added advantage
4) Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia; both written and spoken
5) Computer literate
5) Can withstand stress and pressure, able to work long hours
6) Independent, commanding and can work with others, good as a team leader
7) Having knowledge in Quality Management System such as ISO 9001:2008 is an added advantage

Executive (Engineering Department)
1) Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical or Industrial Engineering
2) Able to analyze, recommend and propose engineering solutions
3) Can withstand stress and pressure, able to work long hours
4) Ability to speak foreign language such as Japanese and Korean is an added advantage
5) Having knowledge in Quality Management System such as ISO 9001:2008 is an added advantage
6) Must be prepared to travel extensively (local and oversea) and work long hours
7) Good communication skill in dealing with customers and suppliers
8) Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD
9) Strong knowledge in pneumatic basic control and knowledge in programming (PLC)

2) Familiarity with project management in Manufacturing / Engineering working environment will be an added advantage
