PESTECH Sdn. Bhd. (PESTECH), a wholly owned subsidiary of PESTECH International Berhad, is an EPC Contractor principally engaged in the engineering, procurement and construction and commissioning of HV and EHV substation & equipment, transmission lines and underground cables for electricity transmission and distribution.

In line with our expansion plan, we are seeking for dynamic, hardworking and motivated candidates for the following positions:

  • Represent consultant to supervise the project (civil, M&E and architectural works).
  • Report to consultant an inspection of civil and structural works, M&E and architectural works.
  • Keep proper site records of inspection, visits by PE, etc.
  • Supervise site QA/QC and safety compliance.
  • To coordinate the constructional information for the Project Manager for accurate and smooth progress of work on site.
  • To check and verify the works as constructed to comply with the construction drawings, specifications and approved samples.
  • To monitor the site progress and quality of works on site and verify that all built-ins are complied with specifications and drawings.
  • To monitor and keep a daily record of all activities at the construction site.
  • Candidate must possess at least SPM or higher qualification / Diploma in Engineering, Architecture or equivalent.
  • At least 1 – 2 year(s) of relevant working experience.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills. Able to write site progress report.
  • Applicants to be based at site (Johor)
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel

  • Assisting Project Manager in the overall planning, execution, coordination, quality control, supervision and completion of turnkey/production projects.
  • Liaison with customers, relevant authorities and other stakeholders.
  • Administration of all technical or system requirements and participation in customer communications interfaces on design requirements.
  • Degree in Electrical or Power Engineering
  • Willingness to travel and involve in field work
  • Good communication and writing skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English

  • Ensure Safety and Health are implemented at site.
  • Liaise with TNB, DOSH, Bomba, and Government Agencies.
  • CIDB Registered, conduct tool box talk promotion of safety
  • Ensure health, safety and environment system compliance with government regulation and requirements.
  • Be responsive to local authorities’ requirements.
  • To work closely with the local statutory bodies (DOSH, NIOSH, BOMBA etc.) to ensure compliance and update OSH related issues.
  • To develop accurate OSH reports and to maintain relevant safety records.
  • To develop and conduct training and enforcement of all safety programs.
  • Able to identify potential risks and recommend practical and cost effective solutions in safety management.
  • Diploma/degree in any related field.
  • Possess certificate of competency as Safety and Health Officer
  • Registered with DOSH
  • Attended Safety and Health training conducted by NIOSH or equivalent.
  • Candidate must holding Green Book or Registered with JKKKP
  • Have Knowledge and experience in safety, health & environment management and practices
  • Able to speak and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia

  • Oversees and manages the full spectrum of HR & Administration functions
  • Oversees branches HR & Admin
  • Support/Monitor day to day administrative related areas.
  • Well versed with Malaysian Labor Laws/IR Laws/Trade Union Laws and good working knowledge of current HR practices
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Candidate with setting KPI experience is advantage
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese
  • At least 5-10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably with ISO 9001 & OHSAS knowledge

  • Lead and manage day to day operation of Cash Management team.
  • To assist in the liaison with bankers, auditors, tax agent and any other external consultants as assigned by your superior.
  • To prepare L/C, T/R, Bills of exchange for bank.
  • Prepare bank guarantee and performance bond.
  • Prepare weekly cash flow forecast and other reports as required.
  • Check and verify to ensure that expenses are properly approved and supported by documents.
  • Handle overall Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable.
  • Any other assignment given to you by your superior from time to time
  • At least 2-3 years working experience in the related field.
  • LCCI Higher / Diploma in Accounting/Finance / Degree in Accounting/Finance or any related field.
  • Experience in full set of account is an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills

  • To implement marketing, events and communications activities
  • To implement strategies, plans and programs to enhance organization’s image to industry through delivery of media relations, communications, corporate advertising and corporate events.
  • To assist in planning, organizing, implementing the business strategies as well as developing, coordinating and implementation of various marketing / branding / corporate communication activities
  • A recognized Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communication or Public Relations, Business Studies or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English and Bahasa Melaysia.
  • Capable of handling different types of people with tactfulness.
  • A self-motivated people, able to work independently, a good team player, disciplined and able to work under pressure.
  • Creative thinker, positive and committed towards achieving company’s objectives.
  • Must be result-oriented and possess strong initiative
