For our presence in Malaysia, we are looking for candidates that have an indepth and practical understanding of formwork and shoring to fill the position of:-
Your task and Responsibilities:
  • Leading a design team in Engineering Department in daily operations
  • Oversee quality and technical accuracy of all work produced in Technical Department
  • Ensure the accuracy  of static calculations, as well as all applicable laws, regulations and technical norms
  • Evaluate projects based on technical and financial risks
  • Prioritize projects taking into consideration assembly time, equipment sourcing and delivery time
  • Provide technical consultations to Sales Department and client, during meetings or technical site service
  • Coordinate the site supervisor team project related
  • Implement employee and customer trainings
  • Communicate with PERI Germany regarding technical and software issues
Your Profile:
  • Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Civil, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 4 years Engineering experience in formwork/scaffolding or related industry
  • Extensive knowledge of local laws and regulations regarding formwork and scaffolding
  • Leadership and personnel development experience
  • Excellent understanding of AutoCAD software
  • Fluency in English

Your task and responsibilities:
  • Manage collection, recovery and legal action as part of the collection procedures
  • Monitor monthly debtors' ageing and maintain DSO defined by management
  • Define DSO improvement process and all necessary tasks and responsibilities
  • Prepare weekly/monthly report of any major outstanding accounts or issues
  • Check debtors ageing report to ensure that all invoices, credit notes and collections are accurately updated in statement of account system before sending out to customers
  • Review and monitor all collections are remitted within the stipulated timeframe
  • Coordinate closely with other departments pertaining to the any other collection related matters
  • Attend customers' queries on payment
  • Ensure that the credit policies and procedures are adhered to
  • Handle uncollected accounts, particularly over 90 days
  • Create and maintain customers' database on the creditworthiness

Your Profile:
  • At least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree or Master's Degree in Business Management/Accountancy/Legal
  • At least 5 years of working experience in Credit Control and Contract Management with at least 2 years in managerial position. Strong leadership and management skills.  Independent, analytical and result-driven
  • Must have good verbal and written English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin Language skills
  • Well-versed with legislation impacting credit control and best practices in the industry
Your task and Responsibilities:
  • Preparing formwork and shoring drawings for various concrete structures.
  • Performing static analyses to ensure optimal and safe design concepts.
  • Interacting with the sales team to provide the most cost effective design solutions.
  • Performing site inspections when required.

Your Profile:
  • Diploma or Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Very good AutoCAD operating skills are essential.
  • Able to work independently, good communications skills and fluent in English.
  • The ideal candidate has acquired already some professional experience in the construction industry or mechanical engineering.

Your tasks and esponsibilities: 

  • To be responsible for incoming and outgoing of material
  • To carry out quality assurance of dealing material, cleanliness and safety control in the warehouse
  • To be responsible for completion and prompt of all relevant paperwork and report
  • Storage coordination and arrangement.
Your Profile:
  • 1-2 years experience in relevant warehousing field
  • Experience of Excel and other knowledge of stock tracking software
  • Ability to communicate in English 
  • Strong problem solving skill
  • To be able to count and record adequately on the transportation of material
  • Should possess listening skill, effective coordinatiion and action while handling warehouse relevant matters.

Your tasks and responsibilities:- 
  • Development and implementation of a regional product strategy.
  • Produt portfolio management.
  • Follow up of sales pipeline for upcoming projects.
  • Active product demand planning together with sales team (product availability management).
  • Sales support for all logistics issues.
  • Customer support and training on PERI logistics processes.
  • Support of the management to achieve high utilization rate of rental stock.
  • Support of the management on product investment decisions.

Your Profile:
  • Certificate/Diploma in Enginering or Business Administration
  • At least 3-4 years working experience
  • Must have a customer service mindset
  • Able to work independently
  • Good communication skills
  • Achievement oriented personality
Your tasks and responsibilities:
  • Guiding the customer during the initial assembling of system formwork.
  • Ensure correct assembling and application of system formwork by the customer.
  • To explain the proper use and handling of the system formwork to the customer.
  • When nessary troubleshoot technical problems and find solutions at site.
  • Co-ordinate material deliveries and returns at site.
  • To handle customer's requests at site and transfer requirement to PERI  Office.
  • Report to technical department/project management.

Your Profile:
  • Certificate/Diploma in Civil or Mechnical Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least 3-5 years working experience on jobsite or similiar environment. 
  • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia/Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese).
  • Must have a customer service mindset.
  • Able to work independently, good communication skills, initiative and leadership skills.
  • Willing to travel.
Your task and responsibilities:
  • Promoting PERI products and advising customers in order to find the most cost-effective formwork and shoring solution for their projects.
  • Develop concepts for formwork and shoring solutions using PERI products during sales consultations with contractors who carry out the concrete work.
  • Manage customer relationship and search for new business opportunities. 

Your Profile:
  • Diploma/Degree in Civil or Mechnical Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
  • You have a working experience of at least 2 years in sales in the construction industry or you have a technical background with specialization in formwork or construction methods.
  • The candidate must be capable to work independently and have very good communication skills.
  • Must be fluent in English, speaking Mandarin may be a plus.
  • Understanding of AutoCAD software preferred.
