CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
  • Provide leadership in the formulation and continuous monitoring of short and long term strategic financial objectives

REQUIREMENTS
  • Master / Degree in Accounting / CIMA / ACCA / MACPA / CPA / PA or other professional qualification or its equivalents
  • Minimum of 10 years of broad accounting, finance and investment  working experience with at least 5 years in senior management position

CHIEF INVESTMENT OFFICER
Key responsibilities
  • To lead strong and motivated Fund Management and Research teams.
  • To lead in the management of institutional and corporate portfolios and unit trust funds to achieve enhanced portfolio/fund performance in line with the level of risks assumed
  • To promote the products and services of the Company to existing and potential clients

Requirements
  • Possesses an honours degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Economics or any professional qualifications in related disciplines. Preferably though not mandatory, holds a Master’s degree or a CFA charter holder.
  • Possesses a minimum of 12 years related experience and a good performance track record in funds management.
  • Has strong analytical skills, innovative and resourceful with high ethical and professional integrity
  • Has good knowledge in / exposure to fixed income and/or equity
  • Has strong interpersonal skills and the ability to coach and train.
  • Holder of the Capital Market Services Representative’s Licence (fund management) or at least has passed Modules 9 and 10 of the SIDC examinations.
  • Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia



LEGAL COUNSEL
  • Provide prompt, concise, accurate and commercially practical legal advice to the business units in the area of corporate finance, capital market, private equity, investment funds, mergers and acquisitions 
  • Liaise with internal clients and external parties such as the relevant authorities, service providers and other third parties

REQUIREMENTS
  • Degree holder
  • 3 – 5 years  working experience  in corporate finance, capital market, private equity, investment funds, merger and acquisition

MANAGER, RISK MANAGEMENT
  • Plan, design and implement an overall risk management process for the Group  
  • Manage the process of identifying and assessing the risks affecting the business

  • Monitor and evaluate the implementation of risk management within the Group
  • Organise appropriate risk reporting as and when required

REQUIREMENTS
  • Degree in Risk Management / Insurance / Business Administration / Statistics or its equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in risk management, preferably in investment and / or financial services

MANAGER, ADMINISTRATION
  • Support administration operations by supervising staff; planning, organizing, improving and implementing administrative policies and procedures

  • Improve program and service quality by evaluating and updating policies and procedures process
  • Conduct a periodic plan for purchase of equipment, services and supplies

MANAGER, LEGAL AND COMPLIANCE
  • Assist Head of Department in managing and supervising the function of the Compliance Unit  
  • Ensure the management and operations of the company and its subsidiaries are compliant with the relevant laws, regulations and guidelines
  • Conduct regular and ad-hoc compliance reviews
  • Prepare compliance reports for the Board of Directors, Investment Committee and Syariah Advisor
  • Review and update compliance policies and procedures in line with changes in securities laws, regulations and guidelines
  • Keep abreast of changes to securities laws, regulation and guidelines
  • Submit accurate and timely reports/information to the regulator
  • Act as a compliance resource, communicating compliance requirements and providing consultant and guidance on compliance issues

SENIOR EXECUTIVE, HUMAN CAPITAL MANAGEMENT
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assist in planning, developing and implementation of organisational development initiatives such as talent management, succession management, career management, executive/leadership development, competency framework and performance management

  • Responsible for the daily system administration of all servers and databases such as Informix, Oracle, Ms SQL and MYSQL  
  • Responsible for the installation, configurations, administration, troubleshooting, analysis and maintenance of servers and databases
  • Responsible for maintaining latest patches to all servers, network and databases
  • Responsible for fine tuning servers and databases to ensure stability and performance

  • Prepare full set of financial accounts

EXECUTIVE, MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS
Responsible for the coordination and execution all marketing and communications activities, such as media relations, collateral production, advertising and promotional programmes and all efforts required to effectively represent the company and events to investors/customers and stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage the production of events’ marketing collateral and ensuring that deadlines are met
  • Coordination of events’ advertising and promotional programmes
  • Develop and coordinate advertising materials or related communication activities such as media conferences
  • Coordinate and manage media and public interest to generate coverage and maintain awareness
