Position:  IT Lead 
Department / Function : Technology Services 
Purpose:  To lead a small team of IT Support staff at assigned location. 
 
Key Accountabilities 
 
ICT Operations 
 To coordinate user requirements and recommend solutions. 
 To coordinate and plan ICT changes and ensure all changes are executed in a manner which won’t adversely affect business operations. 
 Troubleshoot problem areas in a timely and accurate fashion. 
 Provide end user training and assistance where required. 
 
Solution Development 
 To participate in system development projects when required. 
 
Self-Development 
 To be responsible for acquiring required competencies in order to perform at desired level. 
 
Qualifications
 Minimum Diploma in IT/Computer Science or Degree in IT/Computer Science. Additional IT Certification would be an advantage.
