EXECUTIVE – TRAINING (TECHNICAL) 

Responsibilities:
 Conduct dealer training needs analysis and formulate strategies to improve Dealer
Service quality through technical training that meet market situation
 Plan annual training targets and ensure proper execution as scheduled
 Conduct new product highlights training and on-demand technical training to
existing dealers
 Conduct start-up operation training for newly established dealers
 Evaluate dealers compliance level in accordance with Mitsubishi servicing and repair
standards
 Compile monthly Dealers Training Performance report

Requirements:
 Diploma / Degree in Business / Management or any related fields
 Minimum 3 years working experience in conducting sales & product trainings
 Possess good knowledge in automotive construction, functional and technical skills
 Good communication and strong interpersonal skills to interact with people at all
levels
 Pleasant personality, mature, team player and able to work independently
 Highly committed, result oriented and computer literate
 Good command in both oral and written English and Bahasa Malaysia

EXECUTIVE – PRODUCT PLANNING 

Responsibilities:
 Support in planning, execution and monitoring of all product activities ranging from
product concept, introductory coordination, development & enhancement, and sales
promotion proposal by understanding the products & markets
 Plan and coordinate overall introduction of new / upgraded vehicles with
professional product knowledge and how to promote & sell
 Propose equipment level, price, volume and positioning of vehicles based on market
analysis
 Analyze and report of product price and sales trend comparison between
competitors and segment/ market movement
 Conduct research and analyze customer acceptance of new vehicles & owner’s
feedback on current vehicle improvement
 Provide recommendation for marketing & promotion strategy to achieve sales target

Requirements:
 Degree in Engineering / Marketing / Business from reputable university
 Preferably 1-2 years of experience in product planning and have strong passion to
cars
 Possess technical knowledge in automotive products, market trend analysis and
forecasting skills, marketing analysis skills (product positioning, pricing & promotion)
 Good attention to details
 Strong interpersonal, planning and presentation skills
 Excellent analytical thinking, highly committed and result oriented

EXECUTIVE – PARTS (DEALER OPERATIONS) 

Responsibilities:
 Study, plan & implement Dealer's Inventory Control System
 Perform audit and assist dealers to improve stock availability and inventory control
 Achieve stockists' parts sales target by regular field visit to promote parts sales and
obtain market information
 Act as Credit Control Personnel to monitor and follow up closely dealer credit
facilities and payments
 Support dealers inventory control improvement activities
 Back-up dealers parts ordering processing


Requirements:
 Diploma / Degree in Business Administration / Marketing / Inventory Management
related fields
 Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in parts business transactions /
inventory management at distributor or franchise level
 Pleasant personality, mature, team player, able to work independently and good
communication skills
 Highly committed, detail & result-oriented
 Good command in both oral and written English & Bahasa Malaysia
 Computer literate

EXECUTIVE – MARKET INFORMATION

Responsibilities:
 Involve in planning, implementation, control, analyze and report of market
information
 Conduct monthly field visits to gather intelligence data such as market acceptance
and feedback on Mitsubishi products, competitor promotions, launches and overall
market sentiment
 Propose marketing strategies which combine all marketing mix such as product,
price, place and promotion to achieve the business plan
 Coordinate marketing strategies among departments to ensure proper execution
 Provide analysis via data mining and ensure data integrity & accuracy to aid
effective decision making
 Compile and report on MAA sales data
 Prepare monthly market analysis for management review

Requirements:
 Degree in Marketing / Business / any relevant discipline from reputable university
 Preferably with experience in similar job capacity such as Research Analyst, Trade
Marketing Executive, etc.
 Possess technical knowledge in automotive products, market trend analysis and
forecasting skills, marketing analysis skills (product positioning, pricing & promotion)
 Good interpersonal, planning and presentation skills
 Attention to detail and actively checking for data accuracy
 Ability to multitask, work independently, committed with strong sense of urgency
 Able to travel within short notice period and when the needs arise
 Possess strong knowledge and skills in using MS Office applications

EXECUTIVE – CKD PLANNING & PROCESSING

Responsibilities:
 Coordinate the activity of parts supply to manufacturing plant as per production
schedule
 Monitoring of shipment schedule
 Coordinate with Logistics on importation activities
 Liaise with Warehouse for storage arrangements
 Ordering of imported replacement parts and local parts
 Process invoice and monitor payment status
 Ensure proper documentation for custom audit (eg: K1 Form, MJEPA, etc)
 Monitor expiration of CJ5/5A
 Prepare monthly reports


Requirements:
 Degree in any discipline
 Minimum 2 year’s working experience related to custom regulations preferably
CJ5/5A reporting
 Multi-tasking and a team player
 Result-oriented, resourceful, self-motivated
 Possess strong planning and organization skills
 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
 Computer literate especially familiar with MS Excel
 Fluent in English

EXECUTIVE – BRAND COMMUNICATION

Responsibilities:
 Responsible for planning and execution of all events such as media launch,
roadshow, motor show, test drive events.
 Provide marketing support for new product launches and dealers showroom events.
 Monitor and provide report upon completion of each event.


Requirements:
 Degree in Mass Communication / Marketing / Business or any related discipline
 Minimum 2 years’ working experience in event management
 Result-oriented, good time management, excellent interpersonal and
communication skills
 Good command in oral / written English and Bahasa Malaysia
 Team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision

Responsibilities:
 Responsible for achieving the set sales target
 Actively participate in all marketing and promotional events

Requirements:
 Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher
Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate/ Diploma in any field
 At least 1 year of working experience in related field
 Preferably Junior Executive specializing in Sales or equivalent
 Must be a customer-oriented person
