KTM Distribution Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of KTM Berhad, is a company that provides courier and parcel distribution services within Malaysia & Singapore. In line with our expansion, we invite self- motivated and dedicated individuals to join us as: 

FLEET (TRUCKS) EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all required statutory licenses and permits are valid.
  • Ensure all vehicles are subject to regular preventive maintenance and periodic inspections.
  • Liase with the regulatory and enforcement agencies of the land transportation sector.
  • Maintain, monitor and coordinate with panel of workshops.
  • Be able to diagnose vehicle faults and recommend cost effective remedial repairs.
  • Maintain records of drivers’ information.
  • Prepare and update local and line haul lorry schedules.
  • Ensure all drivers adhere to company’s SOP.
  • Monitor diesel fuel usage for the entire fleet.
  • Report and conduct incident/accident investigations.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports.
  • Foster and develop an OSH & Environment culture across the organization.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a diploma in Automobile or related field.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in related field is required.
  • Knowledge of the principles and procedures of fleet/logistics operation.
  • Knowledge of OSH will be an advantage.
  • Organized, thorough, attention to detail, and self-motivated.
  • Good communication skills – able to communicate with all levels of the hierarchy.
  • Result oriented team player and good supervision skills.
  • Preferably Male candidate.

SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT FINANCE & REVENUE MANAGEMENT

FINANCE & REVENUE MANAGEMENT

Job Responsibilities :
  • Oversees all financial performance and control activities for KTMB including budgeting, treasury, accounting, financial analysis and investment.
  • To manage and create an effective finance organisation structure and function by excelling in strategic and business efficiency
  • To reduce cost and to grow revenue and to ensure 100% revenue collection
  • Liaise with financial institutions and government ministries/agencies on treasury and funding activities
  • Ensure compliance to applicable statutory and regulatory mandates, accounting standards, company policies and procedures
  • Responsible for preparing and presenting monthly and annual financial statements to the Board of Directors, Shareholders or Senior Management
  • To undertake strategic planning, prepare budget forecasts, financial modelling, analyzing and reviewing contracts, corporate performance management, annual budgeting and reporting
  • Efficient delivery of transaction processing activities, governance and compliance, and talent management and to optimize capital management
  • Keep abreast of the development on standards as well as in the financial market, processes and systems
  • Establishes and implements financial control policy and procedures to ensure the company’s financial statements integrity and reporting
  • To oversee cash management, debt collection and purchasing requirements
  • Oversees Finance, Central Procurement, Vendor Development, Risk Management 
Requirements :
  • Graduate in Accountancy or Finance
  • At least 10 years experience in private sector, public listed company or multi-nationals
  • At least 5 years experience at senior management level
  • Well expose in accounting, finance, treasury, business development and revenue collection
  • Must be able to communicate in English and well verse with international accounting and financial practices
  • Have international network
  • Must be well-versed with IT software and hardware
  • Able to command the respect of the Board of Directors, Management and staffs
  • Good written and oral communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English;
  • Working knowledge of PC software and applications
  • Willing to work extra hours.
