PROPERTY DIVISON
COO, Property Division
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of the Group's development projects and ensuring that project datelines and budgets are met.
Requirements:
• Recognized Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• Minimum 15 years' relevant working experience in Property Development / Construction
• Capable of liaising with authorities and consultants and familiar with property development process and procedures in Klang Valley
• Strong leadership with good inter-personal and communication skills
• Experience in similar capacity would be preferred

Manager / Assistant Project Manager
Requirements:
• Possess Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in development and construction industry handling high rise projects
• Must be well versed in contractual matters and with good writing skills
• Matured with a high degree of initiative and independence coupled with strong analytical, leadership, management, communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to liaise with contractors and consultants

Manager / Executive, Property Sales
Responsibilities:
• Responsible to achieve budgeted sales for all the Group’s properties.
• Results-oriented with a positive work attitude and minimum supervision.
• Good sales track record.
Requirements:
• Degree holder in related discipline.
• Minimum 3 - 4 years of working experience in property sales or real estate.
• Aggressive with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with strong desire to succeed and ability to work independently.
Project Engineer

Requirements:
• Possess Degree in Civil Engineering / Building / Project Management or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5 years’ working experience in project development and planning in a property development industry.
• Good in planning, analysis, problem solving and with good time management skills.
• Initiative in keeping updated with the latest development in construction technology, statutory requirements, design concept, building contract, building materials and other building & construction industry related issues.
• Well-versed in MS project, AutoCAD and ISO 9001:2008 standards and requirements.

Project Executive
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for smooth and proper implementation of development projects from inception to completion (inclusive of Defect Liability Period).
• Involve in project feasibility studies.
• To monitor project work progress to ensure in accordance to approved program and acceptable quality standards.
• Responsible for settlement of all relevant survey and land matters.
• Coordinate and review with consultants on technical design and site works.
• Responsible for reviewing of the design and functionality of the product.
• Responsible to provide value engineering and value enhancement to the product.
• Responsible for all relevant authorities’ approval.
• Responsible for project planning, scheduling and cash flow management.
• 5 years experiences preferably in property development, construction or consultant industry (for Project Admin).
Requirements:
• A recognized Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management / Project Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in related field, preferably with project development and planning.
• Preferably with good planning, analytical, problem solving and time management skills.

• Well-versed in MS Project, AutoCAD and ISO 9001:2008 standards and requirements.

Clerk-of-Works (Civil & Structural)
Responsibilities:
• To inspect, control and coordinate the construction activities at site to ensure the works are executed smoothly for timely and quality completion in accordance with drawings and contract specifications.
• Routing unclear faults and report to the management.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction / Structural related studies.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in building and infrastructure works.
• Demonstrate high integrity and sound work ethics.
• Good communication skill, able to liaise with the Project Team and can work independently.

LEISURE DIVISION
Manager, Attractions
Responsibilities:
• Overall in charge of new attractions including overseeing the day-to-day operations of the new attractions.
• Enhance visitors’ experience at attractions / theme parks.
Requirements:
• Minimum Degree in any field of studies.
• The candidate should have at least 5 years direct experience in running attractions / theme parks preferably at management level.
• Candidates with working experience in leisure industry will have an added advantage.
• Have some direct experience in generating business for the attractions / theme parks.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.

Manager, Corporate Sales
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the achievement of sales targets of designated portfolio of accounts, generate and follow sales leads, conduct site inspection and follow through event arrangements in a timely and efficient manner.
• To develop and perform all sales activities in assigned market segment.
• Maintain positive customer and working associate relations at all times and resolve complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
• Possess at least a degree in business studies / marketing / hospitality management or equivalent.
• At least 4 -5 years of working experience in event management is required.
• Possess strong knowledge of event management in theme park attractions.
• Good communication and inter-personal skills with pleasant personality.
• Experience in dealing with corporate accounts is an advantage.
• Preferably specializing in event management / tourism services.

Sales Executive, Leisure Division
Responsibilities:

CENTRAL SERVICES
Personal Assistant to Chairman
Requirements:
• Possess a Degree in Accounting / Finance from reputable universities.
• At least 5 years’ commercial experience in a similar capacity preferably with 3 years of relevant professional training.
• Good leadership qualities with strong operations exposure.
• Must be analytical, have a strong sense of responsibility, able to work independently and highly committed.
• Relevant working experience with Senior Management would be an added advantage.

Manager, Corporate Planning & Finance
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate would lead the corporate planning and review strategic initiatives and improve the effectiveness of business plans and strategies.
Requirements:
• Degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in corporate planning/corporate finance.
• Exposure gained from leading advisory firms / financial institutions in corporate finance would be an added advantage.
• Good experience in Mergers & Acquisitions.
• Strong analytical and good communication skills.

Manager, Leasing
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate would lead the leasing of office / retail space whilst preparing the leasing plan that meets the management’s expectation and is fully in charge of leasing operations of the Group’s Investment Property Division. The candidate’s responsibilities would be based on all aspects of the Department’s leasing functions including occupancy rates, negotiations with prospective tenants.
Requirements:
• Possess Degree in Marketing or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5 - 8 years’ leasing experience in retail/commercial properties with a proven track record.
• Able to canvass market to identify potential tenants and to initiate negotiation with prospective tenants.
• Able to conduct on-going research to keep abreast with market rental rates, occupancy costs and competitive commercial / retail development.

Manager, E-Commerce
Responsibilities:
• Analyze and develop solutions addressing customer online comments and issues.
• Create website development specifications and business requirements.
• Conduct analysis on website analytics and marketing metrics.
• Take responsibility for the quality control of website development and changes.
• Maintain and develop concepts that address website usability.
• Prepare website operations and support reports.
• Help maintain and develop the online procedure guide and knowledge database.
• Involve in support and maintenance of online portal, payment gateway system and e-Commerce solutions.
Requirements:
• Possess a recognized Bachelor Degree in E-Commerce / Information Technology or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience, preferably in e-commerce.

Manager, Security
Responsibilities:
• Monitor overall security of the Group’s premises and assets.
• To lead and manage the auxiliary police and security teams to meet the expectations of the Group.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent.
• Able to converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Preferably with experience leading an auxiliary police team.
• Physically fit with smart appearance.
• Pleasant personality with good communication skills.
• Able to work on shifts with normal colour vision.

A&P Executive
Responsibilities:
• Assist in marketing and communications activities, advertising and promotional programmes and events.
• Handle and coordinate all media & marketing communication requests and enquiries in a timely manner.
Requirements:
• Degree in Advertising, Mass Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or its equivalent.
• Minimum 1 years working experience in Advertising, Communications or any related field.

IT Executive
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for implementing and maintaining Cisco network, Cisco IP Phone, Microsoft server system and network infrastructure.
• To ensure the efficiency and reliability of IT operations.
• Provide high level services and support to customers and assist in solving network issues.
• To assist in project and ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
• To liaise with vendors on installation, testing and commissioning of new / existing hardware and software.
Requirements:
• Possess Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 2 years’ experience in related field and preferable with some customer services experience.
• Knowledge in the implementation and maintenance of WAN & LAN, computer software and hardware and system/network troubleshooting.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
Operations
- To provide friendly and highest standard of customer service to all visitors

Ticketing
- Perform ticketing functions
- Promoting latest promotions to visitors
Requirements:
- Fresh STPM / SPM school leavers are encouraged to apply
- Preferably below 30 years old
- Must be confident, matured with and pleasant personality

- Good conversational skills in English
- Experience in theme park / customer service will be an added advantage

5. Life Guards
Responsibilities:
To ensure the safety of Theme Parks’ patrons by preventing and responding to emergencies.
Requirements:
- Possess at least a Secondary School/SPM/O Level or equivalent
- Candidates who possess with valid Bronze Medallion / Lifesaving Certificate would be preferred

6. Landscape Designer
Responsibilities:
