Manager (Fire)

Job Scope:

  1. Manage BASF PETRONAS Chemicals Emergency Response System and comply with local law requirement / BASF Group Directive on Emergency Response.
  2. Ensure the workability of all Fire Fighting equipment and Fire protection equipment in the plants and ready for use during emergency.

Requirements:

Requirements:

  1. Minimum of SPM qualification
  2. 4 - 6 years and above of working experience
  3. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Ms Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
  4. Able to communicate both in English and Bahasa (Level 1)
  5. Able to work with minimum supervision
  6. Able to work for multi-skilling and multi-tasking competency
  7. Strong work management (prioritization, planning and supervision)

Senior Executive (Order Management)

(Position is based in Gebeng, Kuantan )

Job Scope:

  1. Planning and coordinating on customers' orders with internal and external parties to ensure delivery of goods on required date at specified levels of quantity and within cost limits, at the agreed customer service level
  2. Coordinating, prepare and checking full set of shipping documentation to ascertain strict compliance of order against sales contract and Letter of Credit
  3. Coordination of customer non-conformances

Requirements:

  1. Degree in Business related field from a recognized University/Institute
  2. At least 2-3 years working experience in documentary credit related order processing for domestic and export orders.
  3. Knowledge in trade financing instruments especially documentary credit
  4. A high degree of maturity with good interpersonal and communication skills
  5. Highly organized and able to handle multiple tasks
  6. Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  7. Proactive, result-oriented and a good team player
  8. Knowledge of SAP would be an added advantage
