AEON Fantasy Co., Ltd. was incorporated in February 1997 and is a Japan-based company specializing in the operation of entertainment facilities in shopping centres operated by the AEON Group and other developers.
In 2003, AEON Fantasy Co., Ltd. assisted AEON Co. (M) Bhd. in the setup of an indoor amusement business under the name "Smart Wonder World" which was located within JUSCO General Merchandise Stores and AEON Shopping Centres. The concept of the indoor playground was to provide an alternative entertaining environment suitable for both children and their families.

In line with AEON Group's policy, AEON Co. (M) Bhd. then entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement with AEON Fantasy (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. to create a spin-off from of the Smart Wonder World business on the 25th of February 2011.
AEON Fantasy (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. was then incorporated on the 18th of February 2011 as a private limited company in Malaysia for the sole purpose of acquiring the "Smart Wonder World" business from AEON Co. (M) Bhd. Today, the former business known as "Smart Wonder World" has now expanded and continue operations under the brand, "Molly Fantasy".

On the 3rd of March 2011, AEON Co. (M) Bhd. and AEON Fantasy Co., Ltd. also entered into a Subscription and Relationship Agreement with AEON Fantasy (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. to acquire the ordinary shares of AEON Fantasy (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. Hence, AEON Fantasy (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is jointly owned by both AEON Co. (M) Bhd. and AEON Fantasy Co., Ltd.

ASSISTANT SHOP MANAGER & SERVICE CREW

Working location:
Klang Valley, Johor, Malacca, Perak, Penang, Kedah, Sabah & Sarawak.


ASSISTANT SHOP MANAGER

Responsibilites :
  • To control staff performance when doing customers service
  • Ensure the manpower is sufficient and planning duty roster for all crews
  • Ensure staff have sufficient product knowledge to serve customers
  • Improve staff performance by giving related training from time to time
  • Communicate with staff, provide information and listen to their feedback
  • Capable to guide staff and evaluate their performance
  • Make sure selling floor is clean and comfortable for customers
  • Ensure the tokens and prizes are sufficient to fulfill customers need
  • Make sure winning ratio and prize are in appropriate percentage
  • To communicate with HQ Store Operation Department in order to reduce the problem
  • Ensure prizes are arranged in good and attractive manner
  • Handle and ensure day-to-day administrative work within own store is completed
  • Control expenses within budget constraint
  • Capable to handle customer enquiry, customer complaint and unforeseen crisis

Requirement :

  • Age range from 24 to 35 years old
  • Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma level
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Word / Excel
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in retail / merchandising / customer service
  • Good interpersonal skill, team player, work independently and multi-tasking
  • Required to work shift including Weekend and Public Holidays
  • Love children and enthusiasm in entertainment industries

SERVICE CREW

Responsibilites :
  • Mainly to assist Shop Manager in execute the daily routine job
  • Familiar with all game machine function and capable to handle simple machine repair task
  • Communicate effectively and patiently with customers
  • Ensure the cleanliness of the shop floor, game machines and wai wai park park
  • Operate cashier counter and token machine
  • Communicate with vendor in regards to machine problem
  • Ensure prizes are arranged in good condition and attractive manner
  • In charge of events and promotions in respective outlets
  • Conduct Stock Taking on periodical basis
  • Any assigned task from superior

Requirement :

  • Fresh graduate is encourage to apply
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Word / Excel
  • Possess cashier experience has added advantage
  • Good interpersonal skill, team player and multi-tasking

TECHNICIAN

Responsibilites :
  • Plan gaming machine maintenance duty roster
  • Familiar with all game machine function and ensure machine is safely use
  • Onsite support and clinical support
  • Ensure all relevant issues addressed and solve in a timely manner
  • Keep detail record of machine maintenance and breakdown
  • Train and develop new recruit technician competencies
  • Ensure all gaming machines are in good conditions.
  • Install, commissioning and troubleshoot of newly purchase gaming machines
  • Any assigned task from superior

Requirement :

  • Fresh graduate is encourage to apply
  • 1 year experience in technical field service would be an advantage
  • Must be willing to travel
