- To assist in full spectrum of Hub operations such as data entry, preparing reports and other operations related activities
- Handle telephone and email enquiries
- To participate in ad hoc assignments as and when required
- F.7 or Higher Diploma abovein Logistics/Shipping/Business or related discipline
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience in sizable companies
- Proficient in MS Office applications, especially in Word and Excel
- Responsible and independent with effective communication and interpersonal skills, able to deal with various levels of people
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Immediately available is highly preferred

JARDINE SHIPPING EXECUTIVE TRAINEE SCHEME (JSETS)
The JSETS is a two-year program designated to nurture aspiring and professional management talents for the future developments of Jardine Shipping Services.
Objectives of the program are to:
Recruit, train and develop a team of management talents to support the current business challenges.
Equip the trainees with the skills and knowledge to meet and lead the future development of the business.
Throughout the program, senior managers of departments and human resources staff will provide guidance and coaching to trainees to facilitate their learning and help them to develop their potential.
A clear career progression path follows with a two-year job rotation plan drawn up for trainees. This is aimed at consolidating each individual’s capabilities and at making the best of their potential with suitable postings. Thereafter, advancement will depend on each individual’s performance and the Group’s requirements.
