Rigging & Marine Services Pte Ltd (RMS) was established in 1992 to serve both the marine and offshore industries. We have gained tremendous experience and established excellent reputation in the field of lifting and rigging devices over the years. We are concerned most with all safety aspects in lifting. With our range of equipment and team of experienced staff, we aim to provide our customers with prompt and timely services, professional advices and necessary certification to ensure that our customers are able to comply with any industrial and legal safety requirements at reasonable cost. 

We provide services such as load test of lifting equipment & lifeboat davits using water bags and calibrated load cells. We have the experience, equipment and capacity to conduct load test up to 1250 tons. Our team of experienced riggers and supervisors is ever ready to work round the clock, 7 days a week to meet our customers/vessels requirements. 

Our clients include mainly the local shipyards, oil exploration/logistics companies, ship owners world-wide and industrial factories.

Operation Riggers
Requirements:
  • Undertake the movement of plant and equipment as required on and off ships/submarines and fleeting within combined spaces
  • Interpret work instructions and perform the work to time cost and quality
  • Cleaning up of own work arisings
  • Any other task within the individual’s competence as directed by the compan

Sales Coordinators
The Job:
  • Assist in administration for customs projects
  • Communicate custom related initiatives to Businesses and External Parties
  • Compliance Projects
  • Disseminate information and monitor on responses to assessment questionnaires
  • Review and consolidate project data and maintenance of project database
  • Review, collect, manage and update of data survey from respondents
  • Basic reporting and analysis of data
  • Support team in customs and trade issues research
Requirements:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Application especially PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
  • Meticulous, analytical and able to work under tight deadline
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal/communication skills
  • Organized, and be able to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Added knowledge of shipping and customs terminologies and documentations an advantage
  • 5.5 days work week
  • Open to Singaporeans and PRs only

ADMIN/HR Assistant
Responsibilities:
  • Support on HR Processes and Policies and Procedures and assist in Administrative duties
  • Maintain & update employees’ record in HR System
  • Application of work passes, eg: WP,EP, DEP and S Pass
  • Coordinate and liaise with and provide support to operations department
  • Prepare monthly and daily punch card report
  • Daily Ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
  • Must possess PC knowledge (Excel/Words/Powerpoint)
  • Min. ‘O’ Level/cert in Office admin/HR or its equivalent
  • Min. 2 year direct experience in a related capacity
  • Knowledge in Singapore Employment Act and Labor Law
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and organized with good initiatives
  • Able to multi task and works well under pressure
  • Able to converse in English and Mandarin
  • Singaporeans / Permanent Residents are welcomed to apply
