PetroChina International (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. ("PCSG"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of PetroChina International Co. Ltd., was registered in Singapore in October 2004 with a share capital of SGD880 million.
PCSG is engaged in a broad range of activities including trading of physical crude oil, refined oil products and petrochemicals, and investing in oil refineries, oil storage facilities as well as petrol service stations. Its main markets cover Far East Asia and the Middle East. The company achieved a trading revenue of more than USD13 billion in 2009. PCSG has been awarded the "Global Trader Programme" status by the Ministry of Trade and Industry of Singapore.
The company has completed acquisition of Singapore Petroleum Company since 2009.
Corporate Communication Executive
Responsibilities:
  • Manage communications strategies. Build public awareness and manage media, corporate and public relations. Respond to interview and information requests as the designated company spokesperson in crisis management.
  • Manage and develop corporate collaterals including press releases, speeches and presentation materials. Vet and edit collaterals from related departments for effective brand building initiatives and marketing communication.
  • Regularly update and manage media database – including development of content for corporate website, intranet, corporate video and social media platforms. Execute brand messages and logo usage across all mediums and materials.
  • Assist in planning and organizing of corporate events to ensure timely delivery. Develop post event reports.
  • Drive internal communication campaigns and activities. Draft and manage internal materials including key messages, newsletters, quarterly letters.
  • Any other duties/projects as and when assigned.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
  • Copy writing experience will be an added advantage.
  • Meticulous with good communication, writing and editorial skills.
  • Possess good presentation, management and organizational skills.
