TIMEKEEPER CUM STOREKEEPER
Key Responsibilities
  • To record, compute, input the hours worked; including all sorts of leave of the workmen including maintaining the time cards and time sheets in a timely and accurately manner.
  • To execute the receiving and dispatching of stock in the store premise.
  • Prepare stock requirements timeously.
  • Maintain effective stock control.
  • Administer all paperwork related to the store and stock.
  • Take part in stock take.
  • All other function related to store and stock. 

Job Requirements
  • Minimum “N" level
  • With or without experience
  • Communications skills both written and verbal (English)
  • Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office
  • Physical fit
  • Shipyard working environment
  • 5.5-day work week
  • Mondays to Fridays – 07:30am to 04:30pm
  • Saturday – 07:30am to 11:30am
  • Location – Tuas / Benoi
  • Transport provided at the designated pick up point
  • Attractive remuneration package


Administrative Assistant
Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing  and ordering of stationery, office equipments & etc from suppliers
  • Replenish of stationery when necessary and maintain effective stock control
  • Issue medical chit and monitor of workers’ medical report status
  • Invoices verification
  • Involve in welfare management, such as D&D, 7th Month Festival & etc
  • Support other admin related functions and ad-hoc activities as and when requested

Job Requirements
  • Minimum GCE “N" level
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Bilingual, independent, meticulous, possessed heavy sense of responsibility & well organized
  • Able to commence work immediately / within short notice is added advantage
  • Company located in Jurong & transport provided at designated pick up point


Account Assistant
Key Responsibilities
  • Handle full set of accounts
  • Issue cheque, remittance and data entry into accounting system
  • Prepare schedule, bank / intercompany reconciliation
  • Liaising with auditors, relevant authorities and business associates
  • Other ad-hoc duties as required

Job Requirements
  • Minimum LCCI, CAT or equivalent
  • Preferred with 2 years relevant working experience
  • Working experience in “Navision" will be an added advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Meticulous, responsible and self motivated
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Able to commence work immediately or within short notice
  • Company located in Jurong & transport provided at designated pick up point
