CARIMIN specializes in engineering, scheduled/work pack development, procurement, structural/piping fabrication, electrical/instrumentation installation, pre-commissioning and commissioning activities. This includes the deployment of marine vessels such as work barges, accommodation vessels, crew boats, anchor handling tugs, etc.

The business for the company grew steadily over the past decade from being a manpower service provider to a dynamic and emerging contractor in integrated maintenance, rejuvenation, hook-up and commissioning of onshore/offshore for the Oil and Gas support industries.

Currently, we are in search for experienced, talented, and self-motivated individuals to fill the following positions:
• Prepare Monthly Recognition of Revenue and Cost Accruals and reversal of prior month Revenue and Cost Accruals via SQL GL journal.
• Prepare and verify individual projects Accounts and projects schedule, and matching for Project and Manpower Revenue and Cost.
• Assist to ensure the accuracy and completeness of AR and AP records and document for project profitability verification purpose.
• Liaise with AP/AR team for Creditors/Debtors Aging and Reconciliations to ensure that all monthly transaction is taken up accordingly and no major omission due to transition of documents.
• Perform a)Bank Reconciliations on monthly basis. b)Payroll Reconciliations.
• Prepare and issue of in-house Debit Notes in relation to inter-company transactions, maintain inter-co monthly register and perform monthly reconciliation in between and among inter-co any discrepancy.
• Prepare and update a)Fixed Assets Schedule and standard journals. b)Term Loan Schedule and standard journals. c)Inventories and stock and standard journals. d)Monthly schedule for Balance Sheet items. e)Project Progress Report based on PBCC advised.
• Follow up with AR, AP and Project department for project revenue and cost reclassification as advised by Project Budget Cost Control Department .
• Assist to liaise with other departments, i.e Admin, HR, PBCC for information related due to monthly closing/updates.
• Assist in timely closing of monthly account and individual dormant subsidiaries.
• Assist in subsidiary Weekly and Monthly Cash Flow, Profit and Loss and balance sheet budget, projection and forecast.
• Assist GL Controller for her routine operation cash flow update and distribution.
• Maintain proper filing system and any ad-hoc assignments as and when required to be assigned by GL Controller. 
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/LCCI/Degree/Partial ACCA or any relevant field in Accounting.
• At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Finance (General/Cost Accounting/Equivalent).
• Full-Time positions available.
• Good Personality, Initiative and responsible work attitude.
• Multi tasker, willing to learn, independent, able to work under pressure with minimum supervision and able to meet deadlines.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia both spoken and written.
• Computer literate with strong proficiency in MS excel. Knowledge of SQL is an added advantage. 

• Sound knowledgeable in all aspect of procurement process including purchase inquiry, evaluation of supplier/contractor bid, issuance of purchase / service order, expediting and material receiving inspection. He/she should be familiar with materials tracking record and shipping and custom documents.
• Candidate must possess a recognized degree/diploma in Engineering or Business Administration.
• Have at least eight (3) years of working experience in oil & gas, preferably in procurement activities.
• Preferred language : English & Bahasa Malaysia.
• Computer literate, MS Word and Excel.

• To prepare jobcards/ workpack and perform fieldwork during hook-up and commissioning.
• Development of Project Specific Procedure (PSP) in accordance with cross reference to client specific procedures.
• Development of Electrical & Instrument Bulk MTO for Procurement.
• Assist Procurement in Technical Bid Evaluation of Electrical & Instrument Item.
• Preparation for Issuance of Approved Shop drawing for Electrical & Instrument Support.
• Consolidate manpower, tools, consumables & equipment for Electrical & Instrument works.
• Lead onshore pre fabrication for Electrical & Instrument Support.
• Lead overall offshore execution phase of Electrical & Instrument works.
• To raise, follow up & register all Site Technical Queries (STQ) between contractor & Client. (Change Order)
• Ensure all Electrical & Instrument cable installed as per drawing.
• Assist in as built drawing for Electrical & Instrument. 
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Instrument Engineering. Diploma holder can be considered with sufficient experience.
• Shall have at least 5 years construction experience and work pack preparation in the offshore Oil and Gas Industries.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. 

• To develop overall planning of work activities and perform scheduling of activities from jobcards.
• To monitor actual progress of work at sites and advise necessary changes in planning.
• Onshore based and directly reports to the Workpack Team Leader.
• Work-scoping visits to offshore worksites and fabrication yards.
• Responsible for the maintenance of a project log, material planning to ensure complete materials availability for projects.
• Responsible for daily narrative reports on projects.
• Maintaining actual man-hour utilization for performance monitoring.
• Responsible in preparing Weekly & Monthly Progress Report.
• Responsible in monitoring of change order. 
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any engineering.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• The candidate shall possess knowledge and experience in design and construction engineering.
• Experience in hook-up and commissioning of offshore platforms, chemical plants, platform refineries, gas compression facilities or other related petroleum processing plant.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
