Alliance Bank SIP (Structured Internship Programme) is all about EXPOSURE. 

Our 10 weeks structured internship programme offers interns on- job training, hands on working experience and exposure to real working environment. Generally, the intake period is from July to September when most of the local and foreign universities have their semester break.

The internship programme also provides us a solid platform in reaching out to calibre students and graduates with interest to pursue careers in the financial services industry. We also leverage on this platform to identify potential talents among final year students for our Management Trainee Programme (MTP). 

Journey of EXPOSURE Begins
You will start off with half day induction programme / welcoming session given by Group Human Resource team followed by 9 weeks attachment with assigned business and function such as Consumer Banking, Group Business Banking, and some of the support function such as credit and risk management, Information Technology, operation, finance, and human resource in Head Office. You could have opportunities to be assigned to assist in short-term business-related projects whilst gaining knowledge about the banking business. 

Aside from assigned business attachment, you will be participating in 1 week non- attachment activities which provides different exposure and different challenge such as career talks from business leaders; branch visit, group case studies and presentation.
