Job Title:Sales Engineer (for VOSS Engineering Sdn Bhd.)
Job Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Marketing/Engineering or any relevant discipline
  • 1-3 years experience preferably in the oil & gas industry
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and high proficiency in English
  • A positive team player and possess good coordination skills
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation
Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist Manager in preparing yearly Marketing Plant for the company as well as monthly plan to reach customer for marketing presentation.
  • Preparing of quotation and follow up with customer to secure orders.
  • Build goodwill and strong relationship with customer and keep up to date with industry news.
  • Arranging, presentation, product demonstration or factory visit with potential customers to prospect for new business.
  • Work with Service Engineer, others Sales Staff, product Manager or whoever is relevant for technical and commercial matters in preparing tender and quotation as well as in sales performance for each product and services.
Job Title:Executive Buyer
Job Requirements:
  • ·         Degree/high school diploma or equivalent required. Preferably with engineering/ business or project management background.
    ·         A minimum of 3-5 years related experience in procurement, supply chain, expediting and logistic knowledge.
    ·         Strong analytical and innovative problem solving skills.
    ·         Effective interpersonal, negotiation, facilitation and communication (both written and oral) skills.
    ·         Ability to deal with competing priorities and manage time appropriately.
    ·         Self-starter and the ability to work both in a team environment and independently.
    ·         Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of materials management software/databases.
    ·         Proven pro-active work style and attention to detail.

    ·         Experience in an EPC or Project environment is preferred.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Report to SCM Manager/Project Manager/ Project Management team
  • To procure material according to MTO issued by engineering team and to ensure overall project meet schedule, within expected cost, meet project quality specification and meet HSE within internal and external parties (supplier/client/design consultant)
  • To lead in expediting and close monitoring of supplier scope of work in term of documentation deliverables and physical follow up to ensure its meet contractual as per PO and project specification
  • Plan and follow up delivery with vendors to ensure materials and equipment are arrived timely with minimize discrepancy and damages and in accordance to government rules and regulation.
  • Register and prepare project tracking list related to all phases i.e. engineering, construction and commissioning. The tracking list is part of monitoring tools.
  • Lead and conduct kick-Off meeting /Pre-Production meeting with supplier to ensure supplier understand the scope and project specification (if necessary)
  • Initiate progress meeting with vendors as and when required to update or discussion on the delivery progress.
  • Coordinate vendors to provide us for track performance of purchase orders from manufacturing to delivery of materials and equipment.
  • Maintain good relationships with vendors to get strong support both normal delivery and short notice delivery.
