Saujana Marine Sdn Bhd, formerly known as CNN System (M) Sdn Bhd was incorporated in Malaysia under the Companies Act in 1994.

Ever since it started it's marine operation, the company has grown to become an integrated marine support services company for the Oil & Gas industry. Over the years, Saujana Marine has built it's human capital competencies, skills and experience to cover a wide range of marine support services, especially in operating and managing accommodation and offshore facilities.

We are an expanding Oil and Gas Marine Services Company, specializing in operating the Accommodation Work Barges. We are currently looking for talents who believe in building our business and sustaining our growth. Come and explore your potential by filling up the following positions :-

1. BARGE MASTER
  • Reports to - Vessel Manager and Client

  • Experience
    • Minimum 5 years experience in Work Barges and anchor handling operations at offshore locations

  • Responsibilities
    • Operating the barge in accordance with the movement plan prepared by the Marine Controller, Coordination of the tugs during the barge movements, day-to-day on board management and ensuring safe and efficient operations of the barge, crew, etc.

  • Requirement
    • STCW 95 Class 2/1
    • All candidates should be proficient in both spoken and written English and be immediately available.
    • Candidates MUST possess a valid STCW, BOSIET with HUET certificate and should be medically fit as per client's requirement.
    • Type of contract: 45 days to 90 days.
    • Foreign Going or Near Coastal Masters with minimum 5 years experience in Work Boats can also be considered

2. CHIEF OFFICER
  • Reports to - Barge Master

  • Experience
    • Minimum 3 years experience in Work Barges and anchor handling operations at offshore locations

  • Responsibilities
    • To assist the Barge Master in operating the barge in accordance with the movement plan prepared by the Marine Controller, Coordination of the tugs during the barge movements, day-to-day on board management and ensuring safe and efficient operations of the barge, crew, etc.

  • Requirement
    • STCW 95 Class 3/2
    • All candidates should be proficient in both spoken and written English, familiar with communications equipment Radio / SSB and preferably has a HLO certification and be immediately available.
    • Experience working in off-shore operation, primarily dealing with in-out passenger and cargo traffic on the accommodation barge / vessel or off-shore storage.
    • Candidates MUST possess a valid STCW, BOSIET with HUET certificate and should be medically fit as per client's requirement.
    • Type of contract: 45 days to 90 days

3. MARINE CREW MANAGER - MALE


  • Responsibilities
    • Co-ordinate with manning agent for selection of officers and crew
    • Liaise with manning agent for crew change arrangement
    • To prepare crew rotation plans
    • To liaise with vessels and manning agent on flag state documentation
    • To verify and monitor crew documentations/qualification, handling visas and flag state certifications
    • To monitor documents and licenses validity for officers and crew
    • To liaise with various agents, Malaysian Marine and Immigration Department



  • Requirements
    • Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Maritime Studies/Business/Logistic
    • Good knowledge of local and international Maritime Rules & Regulations
    • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in related field
    • Familiar with immigration and marine department
  • 4. MARINE CREW EXECUTIVE - MALE


  • Responsibilities
    • To support in co-ordinating and liaising with manning agent for selection of officers and crew
    • To support in proper co-ordination of travel for on/off signing officers and crew
    • To support in the monitoring of crew rotation plans
    • To handle Safety Passport application for crew
    • To maintain crew database



  • Requirements
    • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Maritime Studies/Business/Logistic
    • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
    • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in related field
    • Familiar with immigration and marine department
  • 5. FINANCE & ACCOUNTS MANAGER


  • Responsibilities
    • Responsible for the full spectrum of finance and accounting function which shall includes statutory reporting, management reporting, forecasts, taxation, treasury, budgeting and risk management
    • Lead and manage a team of staff by providing necessary coaching, guidance to optimize performance of the department team
    • To develop internal control system for the Company and its' continuous improvement
    • To assist management in decision making by preparing relevant analysis and data
    • To establish and implement accounting policies, procedures and ensure the accounting systems are complied with management requirement, statutory bodies and external auditors
    • To manage cash flow and arrange for financing facilities whenever the need arise



  • Requirements
    • Professional qualification in Accountancy, ie. Degree in Accountancy / ACCA or its equivalent
    • 5 - 8 years working experience of which at least 3 years in managerial position
    • Familiar with Malaysia Accounting Standards and taxation regulations
    • Possess good leadership, communication skills and team spirit
    • Flexible, resourceful and passionate in his/her works
    • Mature, meticulous, self motivated, resourceful and able to work independently under minimum supervision
  • 6. RECEPTIONIST CUM ADMIN CLERK - FEMALE


  • Responsibilities
    • Answering all incoming phone calls with pleasant voice
    • Receiving or greeting any walk-in customers
    • Handling inquiries and providing information about the Company
    • Assisting with daily operations of the office



  • Requirements
    • Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School/SPM
    • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
    • Pleasant personality with positive attitude
    • At least 1 year relevant working experience
  • 7. DRIVER - MALE


  • Responsibilities
    • Personal driver to Top Management
    • Candidate must possess valid Driving License (Class D & B2) with good driving skills
    • Careful driver with clean driving record
    • Familiar with routes in Klang Valley
    • Ability to work long hours with excellent health and eye-sight



  • Requirements
    • Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School/SPM
    • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
    • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in related field
