MODENAS manpower generally comes from adjacent regions. Before assembly operations commenced , 200 MODENAS engineers and operators were sent to Japan for training.
When operations began, the number of staff had swelled to 700 people, the majority being production operators. At the peak of production in 1997, almost 1000 people were employed in MODENAS.

    Responsibilities :-
    • Prepare monthly management report and quarterly report for Company.
    • Manage on fixed asset (run depreciation, asset sighting, asset disposal and transfer, assist in valuation property)
    • Monitor on dealers incentive, budget and accrual for EMOS.
    • Update and liaise with insurance agent. (ex. accident, update on premium)
    • To assist in the day to day running of the Finance department.

      Safety & Health Officer - 1 Vacancy

    Responsibilities :-
    • Ensure compliance with related safety and environmental related Governmental permits, licenses, registrations and regulations 
    • Liaise with related personnel and Governmental bodies (DOE, DOSH) to ensure compliance to related regulations 
    • Inspect and audit of workplace to identify potential hazards to safety 
    • Conduct training to related personnel to ensure compliance to company's safety and environmental requirements
    • Be overall responsible for the company's safety, health, environment, fire and related matters management
    • Responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining environment, safety and health (EHS) programs to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and the established standards as per ISO system requirements accredited to the company

    Requirements :-
    • Required skills: NIOSH certificate in Safety and Health Officer, registered as Safety and Health Officer with DOSH & well –versed with the occupational Health & Safety act . 
    • Knowledge of chemical, hazardous waste, industrial hygiene and environmental health standards is a must 
    • Knowledge of Quality Managements Systems (TS 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001) will be an added advantage
