OFFSHORE INSTALLATION MANAGER (OIM)  
Possess HND Degree equivalent in relevant engineering fields or minimum 10 years relevant
offshore experience. Minimum 2 years experience as offshore OIM with extensive knowledge of
offshore FPSO/Platform operations, including Production, Maintenance, Engineering and Safety
Management. High level of commercial awareness; management of Contractual obligations
with regard to safety, production targets, and exercise budgetary controls.

PRODUCTION SUPERINTENDENT
Possess HND Degree /Diploma or minimum of 10 years of offshore oil production operations
experience and minimum 2 years as Production Superintendent / Supervisor on offshore
production facility. Good leadership, safety and managerial skills. Experience in artificial lift
techniques, water and gas injection is an advantage.

PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
Possess vocational training and qualification with minimum 8 years experience in offshore
production facilities. Good knowledge of Production Monitoring and Control Systems (PMCS),
Shutdown System (SDS) and Distributed Control Systems (DCS). Experience in implementation
of safety management systems while being competent in emergency response skills and
process optimization.

PRODUCTION TECHNICIAN
Possess experience and / or qualified in N/SVQ Hydrocarbon Processing Level 2 or similar
qualification level. 3 years experience of hydrocarbon processing system and utilities.
Knowledge of ESD F&G and DCS Operation. Good understanding of Permit to Work, Mechanical
Isolation Standards and Risk Assessment Proven experience and/or qualified to HNC/HND in
instrumentation and/or electronics or recognized equivalent.MARINE SUPERINTENDENT
Possess Class 1 or 2 F.G Cert of Competency with DCE and minimum 3 years crude or product
tanker experience as Chief Officer. Knowledge of offshore FPSO operations, including
Production, Process, Utilities, Marine Maintenance and Safety Management is an advantage.

MARINE SUPERVISOR
Possess Class 2 or 3 Certificate of Competency with DCE and minimum 3 years experience on
crude oil tankers as Chief Officer. Experienced in the implementation of safety management
systems. Understanding of relevant legislative requirements with respect to overall operation
of FSO/FPSO’s.

MARINE ENGINEER
Posses Marine Engineer Certificate Class 2 with minimum 3 years tanker experience as Marine
Engineer. Management experience – 2 years in oil and gas industry or terminal business.
Computer literate on MS Office software packages. Additional knowledge of offshore FPSO/FSO
operations, including Production, Process, Utilities, Marine, Maintenance and Safety is an
added advantage.

MARINE TECHNICIAN
Possess minimum Class 3 Certificate of Competency or equivalent with at least 1‐3 years
experience as 3rd/2ndofficer onboard crude oil tanker.  Previous working experience on FSO or
FPSO and marine terminal operations will be an advantage.

ELECTRICAL & INSTRUMENT SUPERINTENDENT
Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent professional oil & gas qualifications
and minimum of 10 years of working experience in offshore oil and gas facilities. Extensive
experience required in DCS, SCADA, PCS and other Instrument Controls Systems.

ELECTRICAL & INSTRUMENT TECHNICIAN
Minimum AO Chargeman certificate from approved body. Must have electrical/instrument
certificate from recognized technical institution. Minimum 5 years experience in offshore oil &
gas facilities.

MAINTENANCE SUPERINTENDENT
Diploma/Degree or Class 1 Marine Engineer and experienced in maintenance requirements of
offshore production / FPSO facility.  Good knowledge of Planned Maintenance system. Ability to
plan and execute and maintenance of vessel and topside to ensure compliance to Regulatory
and Class requirements.

MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
Diploma/Degree in Marine Engineering. Class 1 or 2 Marine Engineer Officer with DCE.
Minimum 5 years experience as Chief Engineer or Second Engineer onboard crude oil tankers or
previous experience on FSO / FPSO’s.

ASSISTANT MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
Class 3 or 4 Marine Engineer Certificate of Competency (STCW 95). 1 year experience as
Watchkeeping Marine Engineer (steam turbine watch keeping experience preferable). VLCC
experience preferred.

MAINTENANCE ENGINEER
Posses a University Degree in Engineering. Minimum 5 years experience in similar position in
the Oil & Gas industry Familiar with PTS and API standards. Knowledge in maintaining and
troubleshooting rotation equipment.

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Possess Class 4 Marine Engineer STCW 95 Certificate of Competency
Ability to operate and monitor engine room systems.

TECHNICAL SUPERINTENDENT
Posses Diploma in Marine Engineering and/or Class 1 (Motor/Steam) Certificate of Competency.
Knowledge in crude tanker operations. Served in a Superintendant capacity onshore for
minimum 2 years. Experience in offshore oil & gas facility operation preferred.

CARGO SUPERVISOR
Possess Class 2 Deck Officer STCW 95 COC plus DCE for Petroleum. Experienced as C/O or 2/O
on Crude Oil Tankers is essential. Previous experience on FSO / FPSO’s is an advantage.

ENGINE ROOM SUPERVISOR
Possess Class 1 or 2 Marine Engineer STCW 95 Certificate of Competency plus DCE for
Petroleum. Experience as C / E with working experience on petroleum or gas tankers. Possess
high standard of leadership, supervisory and safety behaviors. Ensure that all aspects of Engine
Room operations and maintenance are carried out safely and efficiently.

ASSISTANT ENGINE ROOM SUPERVISOR
Possess Class 3 or 4 Marine Engineer STCW 95 Certificate of Competency.    Experience as
watchkeeping Marine Engineer and ability to operate and monitor engine room systems.

MEDIC / RADIO OPERATOR
Posses Diploma in Science in Medical and Psychiatric Nursing Certificate of Safety and Health
Officer (NIOSH). 5 years in relevant position with Oil & Gas industry experience. MMA
Certification – Paramedic Certified Radio Operator is preferred. Registered with MA Board or
equivalent.

PROCUREMENT ASSISTANT
Minimum SPM/MCE or SPMV with minimum 2 years experience in procurement and logistics
activities. Knowledge in materials, equipment and spare parts specification. Good negotiation
and communication skills.
