  • To purchase company stationeries and ensure the products purchased are of quality
  • To purchase miscellaneous items and to assist in ordering daily market list by telephone to supplier
  • To do daily data entry into purchasing system
  • Enquire Supplier and Vendor Quotation
  • Prepare and issue Purchase Order (PO)
  • Recording of relevant purchasing information and monitoring of issuance of stationeries
  • Any other tasks as and when assigned by the Management 
  • At least SPM/STPM with credit in mathematics or Diploma qualification
  • Preferably with 1 year of relevant working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Be able to work independently, possess good character and working attitude
  • Able to start work immediately
2) PAYROLL ASSISTANT– 1 position 
  • To prepare monthly payroll and remittance of statutory payments
  • Assist in handling staff leave, attendance and overtime claims
  • Perform HR transactional activities including data entry, correspondence, reporting and record keeping
  • Update personal records and maintenance of personal files
  • Any other tasks as and when assigned by the Management
  • Diploma in Accountancy/Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • Preferably with 1 – 2 years’ working experience in payroll administration.  However, fresh graduates with strong willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Experience in Quick Pay and Quick Staff software knowledge is an added advantage
  • Committed and have a strong sense of responsibility
  • Be able to work independently or with minimum supervision
  • Computer literate
  • Able to start work immediately
3) STOREKEEPER (based at IBS Factory, Sejingkat)- 1 position
  • Planning and ordering of stock
  • Issue purchase requisition to purchasing department for placing orders
  • Ensure that all inventory stock  meet the company’s requirement
  • Liaise with purchasing department on any discrepancies of goods received
  • Handle stock take or raw materials and inventory
  • Monitor and check work done by store personnel
  • Any other tasks as and when assigned by the Management
  • Possess SPM/STPM qualification with credit in mathematic or above
  • Preferably with 1 – 2 years’ experience in manufacturing environment
  • Basic accounting background is an added advantage
  • Be able to work independently, possess good character and working attitude
  • Computer literate
