Magna Prima was incorporated in Malaysia on 5 December 1995 as a private limited company before subsequently being converted to a public limited company, assuming its listing status on Bursa Malaysia and adopting its present name of Magna Prima Berhad on 16 January 1997.

Magna Prima Berhad is an investment holding company and through its subsidiaries, provides a diverse range of property development, building construction, trading and management services.

Focussed in the Klang Valley, Magna Prima Berhad is a niche developer of integrated lifestyle themed projects that attract robust take up rates. The Group focuses on purchasing and developing pocket-sized landbanks which are located in high density areas, with easy accessibility and have a significant gross development value.

Credit Admin Manager
Kota Damansara PJ
Requirement:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management/Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Farmiliar with Housing Act and Regulations, as well as transfer of titles and strata titles.
Knowledge of work flow for completion of Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) and loan documentation.
Team player who is independent in work, sel-motivated, committed to work, proactive and possess initiative.
Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
Computer literate with good knowledge in Microsoft Office applications.
Knowledge in IFCA system would be added advantage. 
Responsibility:
Monitor the flow of loan documentation status to ensure smooth flow to be carried out.
Monitor the follow-up status with purchaser(s) / end-financier solicitor / end-financier on status of loan documentation progress.
To ensure the smooth flow preparation of vacant possession letter upon completion of the project and issuance of Borang E.
Lead, direct and manage the day-to-day operations of the credit admin function in handling all post-sales activities.
Develop and implement an effective processes in credit control / debt management / credit administration.
Review and ensure compliance of the credit control policies and procedures.
Ensure timely collections of receivables in accordance to credit term and handle major overdue accounts and provide resolution and guidance to subordinates in handling debtors\\\' accounts.
Identify potential credit risk / reports and recommend pro-active solutions to minimized bad debts.
Promptly and regularly prepare and deliver the necessary and relevant reports, budgets and other analysis reports as requested by Management.

Credit Admin Executive/Assistant

Requirement:
•Possess Certificate / Diploma in any disciplines or higher.
•Minimum Two (2) years relevant experience preferably in Credit Administration or Credit Control.
•Candidate who has banking experience/ well versed with banking loan, housing loans or mortgage procedures are highly preferred.
•Good knowledge in contract administration and sales administration works will be an added advantage.
•Required verbal and written language of Chinese will be essential.
•Knowledgeable in IFCA system would be an added advantage.
Responsibility:
•To liase with bankers/ loan facilitators and to ensure loan documentation is completed.
•To follow up and monitor on the loan release on a timely basis.
•To follow up on any documentation payment for cash buyer.
•To handle issuance of progress billings and other relevant invoices.
•To handle issuance reminder and letters (when necessary).
•To prepare weekly and month end reporting for collection.
