SALES ADMINISTRATION EXECUTIVE

The Job
  • To handle Sales Administration function relating to on-going, under construction projects and completed projects
  • To handle loan arrangements, documentations, progress billings, credit control and all matters pertaining to Sales Administration
  • To ensure progressive payment are promptly collected within the agreed payment terms
  • To monitor timely delivery of invoices, statements and reminder letters to purchasers
  • To prepare or compile reports required by management
  • To assist Sales & Marketing Manager on tasks assigned
  • To liase and follow-up with sales agents, lawyers and purchasers in regards to the execution of Sale & Purchase Agreement
  • To liase with internal and external parties to resolve issues related to Sales Administration

INTERNAL AUDIT EXECUTIVE

  • Degree in Accountancy/CIA or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 2-3 years working experience in internal auditing or in a public accounting firm.
  • Preference given to those with property development, construction, retail or hotel industry auditing experience.
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

PROPERTY EXECUTIVE

  • A minimum Diploma in Estate Management or Property Management or related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years working experience in similar capacity.
  • To assist in the daily operation of the building management inclusive, of maintenance, rental and service charge collection, managing tenants’ complaints and inquiries, tenancy legal matters and tenancy fit-out works.
  • Self-driven and possess high degree of initiative.

WEB DESIGNER

The Job
  • To maintain and update websites by designing and editing web page contents and working closely with relevant departments in producing content when required.

  • Diploma/Degree in Computer Studies, majoring in Web Designing.
  • Minimum 1 year related experience in Web Designing.

ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT

The Job
  • Act as a Department Administrator. To coordinate the general department matters such as staff attendance record, document circulation, operation staff uniforms requisition and distribution, and, meetings arrangement.
  • Company handphones and petrol cards - application, termination, payment processing, reporting, statement circulation for verification etc.
  • Floor Inspection Coordination and Non Compliance Reports generation.

BUILDING SUPERVISOR (Group Property Management)

The Job
  • Responsible for the overall preventive and corrective maintenance function for commercial office buildings and proper handover of tenanted offices to new tenants
  • Carry out inspections of all maintenance works completed and ensure that the works are completed within the time frame and in accordance with contract provisions
  • Ensure that all tenants' renovation works are carried in accordance with prescribed renovation rules and regulations
  • Attend to complaints and ensure that follow-up actions are taken to address the complaints within the time frame defined by the management
  • Carry out periodic inspections of common areas and to report on any preventive repair or replacement works that need to be carried out
  • Supervise and coordinate the on-site maintenance team i.e cleaners, security guards and other service providers
  • Routine inspection to all buildings under the company portfolio
  • Responsible for general housekeeping upkeep of the premises
  • Ensure all maintenance works are carried out according to schedule and meet the required standard
  • Attend to complaints and rectify maintenance problems promptly and effectively

THE GARDENS THEATRE SDN BHD
(Location : Mid Valley City, KL)

THEATRE TECHNICAL SUPERVISOR

The Job
  • In conjunction with the Theatre Manager, responsible for overall technical operations of The Gardens Theatre, including seeking out and supervising designers for lighting, sound, and props, as well as negotiation of contracts and hiring of production design teams.
  • Assumes lead position and building/carpentry responsibilities in construction of all the theatre productions, working with Exhibit Production on construction, load-in, maintenance and strike of each set.
  • Coordinates production schedule for all technical staff.
  • Takes the lead in hang and focus of lights for each production, based upon the lighting design.
  • Maintains regular contact with Stage Manager to ensure full knowledge of each production’s needs, including changes to original production plans, and ensures that the technical needs of each production are met.
  • Oversees upkeep of all technical equipment in the theatre and provides leadership in technical innovations.
  • Maintains an organized, safe, and professional physical environment, including the control booth, backstage area, dressing rooms, loft, and stage. Maintains inventory and storage of all equipment, props, and set pieces.
  • Splits board operation/backstage crew duties with Stage Manager and/or Sound Assistant.
  • Strikes, cleans, and stores props and technical equipment of shows and off-site.
  • Coordinates technical requirements of rentals and events, including set up and strike of equipment, and works with Theatre Manager and Stage Manager to run special events.
  • Develops and maintains design and properties of The Gardens Theatre mini-stage for each production.
  • Stands in for Theatre Manager as needed for duties related to the theatre.
  • Required to view computer monitor, review documents, process paperwork, observe theater performances, and make public presentations.
  • Must be able to handle communications by telephone contact, one-on-one conversations, radio contact, and public presentations.
  • Heavy use of tool, lifting, and moving large set pieces, lights, props, and technical equipment. Must negotiate catwalk and lighting grid and be comfortable working in tight spaces and at heights. Ability to climb and work from ladders.
  • Required to negotiate stairs and sit/stand for extended periods of time.
The Person
  • A Degree related in technical theatre or equivalent, with a focus on design and construction; or equivalent experience of at least 5 years duration.
  • Experienced carpenter with extensive experience in set construction. Must be able to interpret blueprints for set construction.
  • Experience and working knowledge of technical theatre operations, including but not limited to lighting and sound.
  • Proven track record of team management, delegation, and organization.
  • Ability to work with a dynamic staff with a variety of backgrounds and professional experiences.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills.

THEATRE TECHNICAL ASSISTANT

The Job
  • Provide technical assistance/advice for users of the theatre.
  • Ensure the stage is set as required, including backdrops, scenery on and off stage and projection screens.
  • Be present at the events which parents and/or public attend to ensure safe and smooth running of the event and provide the highest level of support commensurate with the professional facilities.
  • Be fully aware of the dangers of electricity, and its safe use (related in particular to stage lighting and other theatre equipment).
  • Technical support for productions especially maintenance of sound/lighting equipment in the theatre.
  • Provide advise as required for users of AV equipment throughout the events.
  • Assists in the construction and dismantling of stage sets using power and hand tools; moves scenery on and off stage.
  • Sets up and positions seating, musical equipment and stands, microphones, backdrops and projection screens.
  • Installs lighting equipment by following directions on lighting plot and focuses lighting.
  • Runs lighting and soundboards for small events and routinely runs spotlights.
  • Makes adjustments at rehearsal such as re-aiming lights and adding or re-positioning microphones.
  • Loads and unloads equipment and props from trucks. Incumbents may be required to lift heavy equipment.
  • Maintains tolls and equipment in good working order by making minor repairs.
  • Inventories and recommends purchase of supplies and equipment.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

  • Two years theatrical/stage and maintenance experience.

  • Participate in tendering of work packages.
  • Manage the production of tender & construction drawings by consultants.
  • Overlook the co-ordination of design with the Consultants and Construction team to minimize construction errors.
  • Liaison with Authorities or technical departments for statutory approvals & clearances.
  • To manage the project assigned.
The Person
  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering or related disciplines.
  • Preferably with at least 10 years of relevant working experience in the related field and exposure to high rise mixed commercial projects.
  • Good knowledge on development statutory and authority requirements, design by-law guidelines.
