Vice President – Research

  • To be responsible for the group in-house agronomic services to improve crop production and yield including R & D and nursery visit for West Malaysia, Sabah & Indonesia.
  • To oversee Lab testing on leaf, soil and fertilizer compliance with the standard approved procedures.
  • To formulate annual fertilizer recommendation based on field visits and crop response.
  • To provide quality assessments through independent grading teams and reporting on crop ripeness in estates / mills, conduct field crop losses and inspection on manuring application standard.

  • Upon completion of the training programs, the individual will be assigned to the estate either in West Malaysia or Sabah to assume full responsibility of the Probationary Assistant Estate Manager.
