Encorp Berhad ("Encorp") was incorporated on 2 March 2000 as a private limited company under the name of Pioneer Design Sdn Bhd. Its status was changed to a public company on 8 August 2000. The name was subsequently changed to Encorp Berhad on 13 November 2001.

Encorp was listed on the Main Board of KLSE on 11 February 2003 upon completion of the reverse take-over of Great Wall Plastics Industries Berhad ("GWPI"). In line with Encorp's objective of focusing on its businesses of property development and construction management, GWPI was disposed following an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) that was held on 29 December 2006.

A vision that began in 1995, Encorp aspires to be recognised as a market leader in providing quality products and services.
Encorp today has become a Malaysian conglomerate that is building a reputation for excellence and promoting quality of life in the areas of construction management and property development.

SENIOR HR & ADMIN MANAGER

Requirements:
  • Degree / Professional Qualification in Human Resource Management or relevant discipline.
  • At least 12 years HRM working experience in large corporation with minimum 6 years in Management level.
  • Able to formulate and develop a strategic human resources policies and procedures.
  • Able to develop an effective strategic plans and programs to recruit, develop and motivate employees.
  • Good knowledge in Performance Management System and Organisational Development.
  • Strong understanding of business processes, activities, organisation structure, job analysis and evaluations.
  • Excellent leadership, people management and communication skills in both oral and written.

PUBLIC RELATIONS MANAGER

Requirements:
  • Degree / Professional Qualification in Public Relations / Mass Communications / Communications Studies or relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 6 years professional experience in a PR agency preferred.
  • Able to implement plans to improve Company’s corporate image and branding.
  • Able to plan and execute PR Plans and activities in line with the Company’s communication strategies.
  • Able to plan and prepare PR budget cashflow.
  • High proficiency in oral and written English is a pre-requisite.
  • Self-starter who is enthusiastic, persistent, creative and motivated to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines while delivering high quality of services.

PUBLIC RELATIONS EXECUTIVE

Requirements:
  • Degree / Post Graduate Diploma in Public Relations / Mass Communications / Communications Studies or relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in a PR or corporate communications environment.
  • Meticulous, focused and able to work under minimum supervision.
  • Pleasant personality with the ability to interact and communicate effectively with people at all levels.
  • Good proven relationship with the media is an added advantage.
  • Experience in planning, coordinating and executing events.
  • Posses own transport and willing to travel.

ACCOUNTANT

Requirements:
  • Degree / Professional Accounting Qualifications such as ACCA/CIMA/MICPA/MIA.
  • At least 5 years working experience in similar capacity.
  • Those with construction background will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Familiar with budgets, cash flows & management reporting.
  • Tactful and able to interact with people at all levels.
  • Mature and able to work under minimum supervision.
  • Pleasant, dynamic, energetic, goal-oriented and a team player.

CORPORATE FINANCE & PLANNING, SENIOR EXECUTIVE

Requirements
  • Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • At least 4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Those with experience in Corporate Finance/Investment Banking/Merchant bank are encouraged to apply.
  • Able to assist in conducting business evaluation for any corporate ventures, market and feasibility studies, valuations, evaluation of mergers and acquisition of potentials, negotiations, JV agreements, shareholders agreement and operational agreements.
  • Strong financial and analytical skills.
  • Good coordination, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have good command in written English.

JUNIOR QS EXECUTIVE

Requirements:
  • Degree / Diploma in QS / Civil Engineering / Construction Management or equivalent.
  • Able to do quantity take-off, claims preparation, costing, cost estimation and contracts administration.
  • Minimum 2 years working experience.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
