Management Trainee

Job Location Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam & Prai
Responsibilities
  • In line with our expansion plans and aggressive long term career development program, we are inviting aspiring, dynamic and talented Graduating Bachelor Degree holders, and applicants with 1 to 3 years of working experience to be part of our dynamic team of Management Trainee whom will be groomed to eventually assume the roles of future leaders in our Trading and Manufacturing Division.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline, preferably with CGPA of 3.0 and above, or Second Class Upper from a reputable academic institution.
  • Good command of communication skills in both oral and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Manager / Senior Manager – Group Legal

Job Location Petaling Jaya
Responsibilities
  • To draft, negotiate and review business agreements and contracts for the Group.
  • To advise and attend to the Group governance issues and compliance of all requirements.
  • To provide guidance on any claims for and against the Group and assist to manage any legal and arbitral proceedings.
  • To advise on the interpretation and implementation of internal policies, industry practices, applicable laws and regulations.
  • To engage and work with external legal counsels on matters requiring external legal counsel specialized expertise.
  • To perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when necessary at ad-hoc basis.
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Law or equivalent from a reputable university.
  • At least 5 years related experience in law firm and / or in-house legal department.
  • Versatile in commercial litigation, commercial advisory and compliance matters, as well as corporate and financial law.
  • Excellent drafting, vetting and negotiations skills.
  • Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia in both written and verbal.
  • Good interpersonal skills, with ability to work with people at all levels.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Assistant Manager – Warehouse

Job Location Petaling Jaya
Responsibilities
  • To responsible for all operational matters pertaining to Warehouse Department.
  • To manage warehouse machinery and equipment preventive maintenance planning.
  • To perform planning of external calibration of measuring equipment.
  • To oversee warehouse machinery regular inspection planning.
  • To prepare and responsible for the content of departmental ISO procedures.
  • To ensure a proper and affective implementation of operational procedures.
  • To perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when necessary at ad-hoc basis.
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Preferably with at least 8 years related working experience including 5 years at supervisory level.
  • Good planning, organizing, critical thinking and problem solving skills.
  • Be a good team player.
  • Candidate must possess working knowledge of ISO 9001:2000.

Executive – Sales Administration

Responsibilities
  • To provide administrative support to sales operation.
  • To prepare daily sales report, management reports and debtors’ report.
  • To issue reminder and correspondences letter whenever necessary.
  • To do month end report for control of collection.
  • To perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when necessary at ad-hoc basis.
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in related field.
  • Preferably with minimum 1 sales/logistic supporting and administrative role in Steel/Engineering/Construction/Hardware industry.
  • Capable of handling sales administration independently with minimum supervision.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is essential.
  • Good communication skills in English and Mandarin.
  • Self-motivated and result orientated with an eye for details.
  • Possess pleasant personality with good interpersonal skill.

Executive – QA

Job Location Shah Alam
Responsibilities
  • To control in process quality issue, including calibration.
  • To take care of customer complaint and warranty claim.
  • To analyse and improve the defect / rejection rate.
  • To ensure QC inspectors are competent.
  • To be involved in product development.
  • To ensure KPI is achieved and maintain.
  • To perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when necessary at ad-hoc basis.
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years working experience in QA role and automotive industries, preferably in metal stamping.
  • Knowledge in SPC, FMEA, PPAP, APQP and MSA will be an added advantage.
  • Well verse in ISO/TS16949.
  • Able to troubleshoot quality problem with minimum supervision.
  • Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Excel.

Executive – Production / Maintenance

Job Location Shah Alam
Responsibilities
  • To perform daily involvement in operations to ensure and effective execution and coordination of production activity.
  • To ensure production line run according to meet customer delivery schedule and sales forecast.
  • To monitor the manpower arrangement for the production team.
  • To oversee overhead crane maintenance.
  • To generate monthly KPI report.
  • To maintain ISO documentation.
  • To perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when necessary at ad-hoc basis.
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent.
  • Preferably with at least 2-3 years working experience in maintaining overhead crane.
  • Good planning, organizing and problem solving skills.
  • Candidate must possess working knowledge of ISO 9001:2000.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Project Development Engineer

Job Location Shah Alam
Responsibilities
  • To develop new product and prepare related documentation.
  • To coordinate with customers and suppliers during development staget.
  • To coordinate and direct projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
  • To perform any other ad-hoc task as and when required by the superior.
Requirements
  • Candidate should possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/ Manufacturing or equivalent.
  • Preferably those with experience in automotive.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to simultaneously handle a large and diverse number of projects and issues with cooperation and persistence.
