1.Account Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for daily operation of Account tacnsactions in the department
• To update general transaction
• To monitor monthly production variable cost vs monthly profit and loss
• To prepare montly debtors and creditors aging

Requirements:
• Recognized professional accounting qualification
• Able to work independently
• 2 years working experience
• Strong technical skills in taxation and accounting
• Team player
• Must be result-oriented, self motivated
• Computer literate
• Good interpersonal and communication skills and able to interact with all people at all levels

2.
Purchasing Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
• To monitor monthly closing P/R, P/O, GRN and Purchasing Invoice
• To compile monthly production costing, forecast volume and compare with finance report
• Dealing with customer collection and allocation of payment to suppliers
• Dealing with customers, CJ5, CJ3, MIDA and Duty Exemption, sales tax application
• Specific functional contacts: Lateral communications, working relationships with staff in other departments/Sections and contacts and contacts with external bodies

Requirements:
• Recognized professional accounting/related qualification
• Able to work independently
• 2 years working experience
• Strong technical skills in taxation and accounting
• Team player
• Must be result-oriented, self motivated
• Computer literate
• Good interpersonal and communication skills and able to interact with all people at all levels

3.QAS Executive

Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for corrective action shall be promptly informed of products or processed which do not conform to requirements
• Overall quality control process review and upgrade
• Customer services and handling of customers related documents, complaints and defects handling
• Lead QA team to achieve set quality objectives and tagets
• To structure the quality system which will involve all departments in focused effort to ensure compliance with quality requirements
• Ensuring that process needed for the quality management system are established, implemented and maintained
• To liase with external bodies on matters relating to the quality system

Requirements:
• Degree in Automotive/Mechanical Engineering or any other technical field from recognized insititutions
• Minimum 3 year working experience in manufcaturing industries
• Highly motivated, enthusiastic and penchant for challanging work
• Excellent leadership, communication skills
• Mature, self reliant, dependable and possess excellent skill in judgement, organizing and planning
• Team player with good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good interpersonal in dealing with people at all level
• Computer literate
• Knowledge in automotive product development
