SENIOR HUMAN RESOURCES EXECUTIVE (INDUSTRIAL AND EMPLOYEE RELATIONS)
JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain a positive and engaged working environment , continuously build up and promote the company culture which support the business goals
  • To align with company Vision/Mission, partnership with Legal & Compliance to ensure employment activities in line with Labour Law and other related regulations;
  • Review, identify and enhance any broken processes or failure of compliance to Labour Law or other related regulations, HR policies and guidelines in HR practices to optimize HR management system and minimize HR risks ;
  • Advice and counsel HR practices, Labour dispute/arbitration or potential ER cases proactively based on Labour Laws and regulations;
  • Monitor and update any new labour related rules & regulations and analysis on the impact on HR practices;
  • Provide responsive HR leadership in handling crisis, establish and maintain crisis avoidance and management guideline and procedures;
  • Drive standardization of employee HR policies, processes with regard to Employee/Industrial Relations and its implementation in the company;
  • Provide support, training and advice to all parts of the business including Head of Departments to ensure the appropriate management of all employee relations issues including in particular change management, grievances, poor performance and disciplinary action;
  • Lead and organize staff events and activities with budget monitoring and control to promote an engaging working environment and improve employee satisfaction;<
  • Deliver a systematic reporting and analysis on employee /industrial relations on regular bases;

Requirements


  • Degree and above preferably in Psychology, Human Resource or law major
  • 5 years in various HR Function with solid HR, IR and ER work experiences, case management and intensive experiences dealing with legal claims
  • Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, PERKESO Act and Computer literate (Microsoft Words, Excel, PowerPoint)




EXECUTIVE, RECRUITMENT - HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT

JOB DESCRIPTION
  • To prepare, organise and/or conduct any HSE related training(s) including preparing training matrix of each trade and assigning trainer for training
  • To identify appropriate tool or method to be used to control the risk at work site
  • To establish guidelines and advise on chemical and waste management.
  • To be incident investigation facilitator for major incidents by using appropriate investigation tool align with company requirement.
  • To cascade procedures and guidelines from HSE Meeting.
Requirements
  • Diploma / Degree Preferably in Safety &amp; Health / Environment or Engineering
  • More than 5 years experience in HSE related field

QC INSPECTOR (PIPING) QUALITY MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT
JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities
  • To be responsible in coordinating and liaising with other disciplines and Production.
  • To carry out Material Verification, Fit-up Inspection, Visual Inspection and other types of inspection as needed by the project.
  • To request and monitor NDT activities for installations
  • To prepare Test Package, carry out line check and do the punch listing.
  • To witness Hydrostatic Test, Pneumatic Test, Re-instatement Test and other test related to piping works.
  • To carry out parameter check as and when needed.
  • To carry out ship loose inspection as needed prior delivery or loaded on barge.
  • To update MTS and WIS complete with reports.
  • Red-Line mark-up on ISO drawings.
  • To conduct daily monitoring and surveillance at electrode issuance centre, workshop and erection site.
  • To attend HSE Tool-Box, Quality Tool-Box, Roll-out, training, workshop and meeting as required by project
  • Responsible for own safety and people surrounded during working in the yard
Requirements


  • More than 3 years work experience in piping inspection (Oil & Gas).
  • Diploma in Engineering / equivalent
  • CSWIP 3.1 / PCN WI Level II Certification
  • Knowledgeable in NDT (RT/UT/MPI/DPT/PMI/HT) and piping codes & standards.

HSE ENGINEER, HEALTH, SAFETY & ENVIRONMENT DEPARTMENT
JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities
  • To responsible for incorporating Occupational Health and Safety Management System and the Environmental Management System requirements to suit project needs when procedures are developed
  • To maintain compliance with OSHA 1994, FMA 1967, EQA 1974, OHSAS18001 and ISO14001
  • To maintain functional liaison with Corporate HSE and other authorities pertaining to HSE matters
  • To assist in developing a centralized documentation control system within the department
  • To prepare UCUA trending analysis to reduce repetitions
  • To propose recommendations to HSE Officers on practicable methods of risk controls
Requirements
  • Diploma / Degree Preferably in Safety &amp; Health / Environment or Engineering
