JOB TITLE : Operation & Post Fixture Junior Executive
REPORT TO : Manager, Tanker Operation & Chartering
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  •  Candidate must possess at least a Degree holder or Diploma or equivalent.
  •  Minimum two (2) years of working experience in the Tanker operating company.
  •  Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  •  Handle pressure and maintain confidentially.
  •  Excellent communication (oral, written, presentation) and interpersonal skills.

    JOB RESPOSIBILITIES shall include, but not limited to the followings:-

    • To assist manager, Tanker Operation department and handle tanker operational matters to achieve
    Company’s revenue target.

    • To communicate and liaise with Masters, Brokers, Charterers, agents and other parties to ensure smooth turnaround of the vessel during the voyage, especially in ports with maximum efficiency, minimum costs, minimum delays and minimum downtime.

    •    To daily communicate with Owners / Brokers / Port Agents to requests for vessel movements, etc.

    •    To advise clients or brokers on vessel movement details on a daily basis until shipments are completed.

    •    To ensure voyage instructions are followed accordingly by Vessels / Masters in compliance to conclude fixtures / voyages.

    •    To ensure that the actual port disbursement accounts are in order and to consolidate all estimated disbursements against the actual disbursement account.

    •    To prepare freight invoices upon completion of loading or upon receiving Owner’s freight invoices.

    •    To prepare debit notes for brokerage commissions earned upon completion of loadings and sent to Owners.

    •    To prepare a Monthly Income Report for the Account Department.

    •    To prepare monthly Vessel’s Performance Report for MD’s / CEO perusal.

    •    To assist the Chartering Manager in the daily operational matters when need arises.

    •    To be the secondary Person in charge to arrange the lifting of bunkers for vessels taking into account geographical position of bunkering ports, costs, and the availability of the vessels’ deadweight.
 
PROCUREMENT EXECUTIVE


Qualifications:
  1.  Candidates must process at least a Diploma /Bachelor Degree in related field.
  2.  At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this       position.
  3.  Good command in English in both written and spoken.
Job Description:
  1.  Deliver high quality products and services via third parties into the organization in line with strategic goals and objectives
  2. Selecting suppliers using appropriate bid methodologies (Competitive bidding, targeted negotiations, procurement biddings events)
  3. Input service / product specification and supplier selection with Stakeholders
  4. Participate in negotiation & implementation of supplier agreements / contracts through to conclusion and loading onto International Contracts.
  5. Maintenance of Approved Supplier List
  6. Input into KPI development & management to ensure business objectives are delivered
  7. Ensuring compliance with the current Healthcare Compliance (HCC) policies and Procedures
  8. Ensuring compliance to the company Health, Safety and Environmental Policy
