Manager – Admin, Finance and Procurement


JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
Administration Management

  • Ensure operations run smoothly within departments such as information and data processing, mail, materials scheduling and distribution, printing, records management, telecommunications management and transportation services
  • Ensure company registration & licensing, insurance requirements, government regulations and standards are followed properly
  • Managing building's maintenance, security & cleaning services

Financial Management

  • Involve in preparation of project costing and quotation
  • Ensure timely preparation annual financial reports
  • Ensure legal and regulatory compliance with all reporting, accounting and audit requirements imposed by the regulatory bodies
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks and other statutory bodies/authorities
  • Review of systems and internal control processes with recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Assist, prepare, manage and review annual budget as per company policies and procedures
  • Manage cash flow, Account Receivable and Account Payable

Procurement Management

  • Responsible for sourcing, selecting and negotiating with suppliers to constantly strive for best purchase price while maintaining the highest level of quality, reliability and service
  • Develop cost reduction strategies in order to negotiate pricing throughout product supply chain as well as participate actively in supplier development and evaluation programs
  • Oversee the preparation, analysis, negotiation, and review of contracts related to the purchase or sale of equipment, materials, supplies, products, or services
  • Performs various purchasing assignments requiring professional judgment and ingenuity

Others

  • Any other duties requested by The Management


Requirements:

  • Degree holder, preferably Finance qualification with at least 5 years working experience in managerial position
  • Preferably Manager specializing in Purchasing/Procurement and Finance or equivalent
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to negotiate at the highest levels with suppliers
  • Excellent team management, people and leadership skills with high level of integrity
  • Candidate must be willing to work at Bandar Teknologi Kajang, Semenyih

Senior Accounts Executive
Kuala Lumpur - Sg Besi (Medan Niaga Tasik Damai)
Responsibilities:
  • Verification and processing of suppliers invoices and suppliers statement reconciliation
  • To attend suppliers enquiries and interface with customers on various matters
  • Issuance of debit notes to inter-company and follow up on collection
  • Issuance of sales invoice and collection of debts
  • To monitor debtors and creditors ageing
  • To interface with customers on invoices issued if required
  • Liaise with other department on matters related to scope of work as and when required

Requirements:

Senior QHSE Executive
Kuala Lumpur 
Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that the company policies, procedures and KPI’s on HSE are adhered to and implemented as prescribed.
  • To develop Hazards Effect Management Process (HEMP) for all Business Units
  • To maintain Hazards Effect Register (HER)
  • To implement proactive initiatives for all Business Units
  • To lead the development of Process Safety Management for all Business Units
  • Maintaining ISO 14000 and carry out regular EAIA to all operation.
  • Maintaining ISO 18000 and carry out regular HIRADC to all operation
  • Maintaining Legal Register Table and communicate with all regulatory bodies to maintain compliances
  • Involve in accident / incident investigation and reporting
  • Conduct HSE Audit along with QHSE Manager
  • Follow up customer’s surveillance audit findings
  • Monitor safety training matrix and conduct in house safety training
  • Monitor the implementation of HSE Plan for the group of companies
  • Assist QHSE Manager to report the accident to the local authorities and relevant department such as DOSH, DOE and etc
  • Make sure all the documentation in place and accessible
  • Co-ordinate with the personnel in the relevant departments for development of detailed procedures. Initiates actions to implement the same
  • Responsible to ensure that the latest versions of relevant records are available to the users concerned
  • Ensure that records are established and maintained to provide evidence that the QMS is being followed and that there is a system in place

Requirements:
  • Possess Degree in Science/ Engineering/ Occupational, Safety & Health
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience with valid Green Book
  • Well verse in Hazards Effect Management Process (HEMP), Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Tripod Beta
  • Committed and a team player
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Possess high integrity and able to work independently
  • A fast learner with the ability to adapt in a challenging and changing environment
  • Positive in attitude
