AAP was established in 1978 with a view to supply components for locally assembled Honda motorcycles, but the company has now expanded its activities to supply some parts also others 2W assembler and also non motor customers.

AAP supplies to our Honda Assembly Plants press and welded frame parts, mufflers, seats, front forks, damper and rear cushions (shock absorber), aluminum parts like hubs, panels, brake shoes and engine covers, head lamps, winker, tail lamp, meter clusters, ignition and lighting switches, ignition coils, rims and etc for all the Honda motorcycle models assembled by Boon Siew Honda Plant in Butterworth since 1980.

Shipping Executive (1 Vacancy)
Shipping Assistant Supervisor / Shipping Clerks (1 Vacancy)
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare all shipping documentation, shipment arrangement, liaising with the government bodies such as Custom & MIDA.
  • To liaise with freight forwarding for inbound & outbound of shipment.
  • To follow up closely with all necessary documentation.
  • To apply exemption for all dutiable items & sales tax.
  • To generate monthly Custom Report for CJ5 status company.
  • To liaise with purchasing & Account Department. Follow up for matter pertaining to shipping.
Requirement:
  • At least a Diploma or Bachelor Degree.
  • Strong communication skills & able to communicate to all level of people.
  • Minimum 5 years in shipping & CJ5 companies.
  • Able on Custom report preparation.
  • Able to liaise with Custom body, MIDA & shipping agent.

Project Engineering Executive (1 Vacancy)
Responsibilities:
  • Develop new project for 2W and 4W with every event task submission of sample including meeting with customer.
  • To prepare, compile and filing all project document as APQP, PPAP for submission to the customer.
  • To create stock code for new parts.
  • To liaise with technical agreement part (HI-LEX) for new introduce component / process / method / material.
  • To attend all customer visit or meeting.
Requirement:
  • Degree in Engineering.
  • Computer literate (ms excel. ms word & ms power point).
  • Able to read technical drawing / product drawing.
  • Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Knowledgeable in TS 16949, ISO 14001, APQP & PPAP.
  • Experience in new model development, product quality improvement and dealing or meet customers.
Store Clerk (2 Vacancies : Male)
Responsibilities:
  • To handle receiving and delivery of goods for REM & Export Spoke & Nipple
Requirement:
  • SPM ( good in mathematics)
  • Computer knowledge.
Account Executive (1 Vacancy)
Responsibilities:
  • Monthly management accounts.
  • AR & AP functions.
  • Petty cash.
  • Inventory control.
  • Oversee all expenditure.
  • Reconcile monthly interco accounts.
  • Costing for WIP & finished goods.
  • Payroll processing.
  • Adhoc reporting / task as required by management from time to time.
Experience required:
  • At least 3-5 years experience.
  • Able to produce final accounts.
  • Able to lead the finance dept and oversea AP and AR dept.
  • MIA member or other professional body would be advantages.
  • Manufacturing experience would be advantages.
  • Audit experience with large audit firm would be advantages.
Japanese Speaking Process Engineer
Requirement:
  • Age between 25-45.
  • At least 3 years experience in manufacturing.
  • Able to communicate in Japanese.
  • Good verbal and written command in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Chargeman
Responsibilities:
  • Overall in charge on electrical activities and facilities.
  • Responsible for installation, testing of electrical equipment in accordance to prevailing requirements and standard.
  • Ensure new installations and maintenance work are safely, properly and legally carried out.
  • Lead and manage a team of wiremen in the daily maintenance work.
  • Attend to customers’ needs, prepare checklist, work schedule and reporting.
  • Schedule and perform preventive maintenance activities on all facility equipment.
Requirement:
  • Chargeman AO Competency Certificate issued by SuruhanJaya Tenaga Under the Electricity Regulation 1994.
  • Good verbal and written command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Customer oriented a team player able to work independently and good interpersonal and leadership skill.
  • Preferably Executives Specializing in manufacturing/Production or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
General Affairs Executive
Responsibilities:
  • Manage the overall Training & Development function of the Company to achieve Organizational Objectives.
  • Plan, develop, implement and review training strategies, modules and programs related to manufacturing industry and other areas.
  • Conduct orientation, operational and soft skills trainings.
  • Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA), prepare Annual Training Plan & Budget, develop competency, assessment system, monitor ROI and manage HRDF.
  • Develop internal trainers and manage a team of trainers.
  • Develop and maintain documents for various training process in line with QS9000 / ISO TS16949 requirement.
  • Coordinate training programs including external, internal and in house training program.
  • Organize and maintain proper training database and filing system for smooth retrieval of data (training records/reports).
  • Performs other training related duties and responsibilities as may be needed by the business.
  • Support HR & GA functions as and when required.
Requirement:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Education/Training or equivalent.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required.
  • Strong administrative skills and operations ability with good understanding in Training & Skill Development.
  • Experience in Production Training/Manufacturing line will be an added advantage.
  • Computer skills especially in Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Positive, self-starter and adaptable to change and able to work in multi-tasking environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle all the normal purchases (mass pro)
  • Able to support buyer in liaising with supplier (local & overseas)
  • Able to do filing and documentation
Requirement:
  • SPM
  • Able to operate MS Office
  • Good in communication in English & Bahasa (Mandarin is preferable)
  • No Experience but keen in the Job of material purchases
