They also conduct portfolio assessments for oil & gas companies, financial institutions and industrial clients for purchases that involve hundreds of properties. The Phase II team works throughout Asia and has conducted hundreds of assessments in accordance with international procedures and protocols.

Through AECOM’s International Audit Protocol Consortium (IAPC), its EHS auditors have access to current EHS audit protocol for 10 Asian countries (China, India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan and Thailand) and Australia. The Health & Safety consultants, meanwhile, are registered as CHRA assessors, CIMAH and industrial hygiene specialists.

AECOM Malaysia has worked on some of the highest profile remediation projects in the region, including those that involve complex pollutants, close public scrutiny and short implementation times.
