Internal Audit Manager 

Main Job Tasks, Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
The Internal Audit Manager is responsible to plan and manage the execution of risk based audits processes by examining, evaluating and verifying statistical, operational or financial records and/or procedures to determine the reliability and effectiveness of internal control system. This includes responsibility for the prevention and detection of fraud, malpractice, illegal acts and other audit issues are well defined and root causes are identified.     Scope
  • Plans and develops the internal audits department strategic plans, financial/operational audit objectives, procedures and programs.
  • Undertakes comprehensive planning and risk assessments relating to each assignment to ensure that the engagement identifies potential unmitigated business risks.
  • Performs internal audits and determines that company assets are properly used in the company's business consistent with company policy and generally accepted accounting principles.

Accounts Assistant 

Main Job Tasks, Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
The Accounts Assistant is responsible for assisting and providing administrative support to team of accountants within a business.     Scope

Acts as the company's technical representative and is accountable for the technical planning and monitoring of the drilling/ testing program. 
    Operation
  • Design drilling programs in accordance with industry recognised technical criteria and applicable drilling regulations to achieve exploration objectives in a safe and cost effective manner.
  • Provide the Drilling Supervisor and Logistics team with equipment lists for the program.
  • Monitor and evaluate well conditions in conjunction with the Drilling Supervisor and Operation Geologist.
  • Develop and maintain contingency plans for potential problems that could occur during the program.

Provides geophysical expertise and support for all aspects of the company's development activities. Reviews, interprets and maps seismic data relating to operated, non operated and new venture projects. Provides an independent geophysical evaluation as part of an ongoing technical review to enable a full commercial evaluation of all assets. 
    Operation
  • Will carry out 2D/3D seismic interpretation and attribute analysis for existing fields and new development wells
  • Applies quantitative interpretation techniques, such as seismic reservoir characterization, AVO analysis and seismic inversion, to optimize development and extension of hydrocarbon reservoirs
