Junior Executive (Accounts)

Project Engineer

  • Be part of Project Management Team (PMT) in Contractor side, responsible for planning, scheduling, conducting and coordinating the technical and management aspects of project, according to EPC contract with optimum cost, schedule and quality.
  • Liase external communications between End User and Contractor (PMT and/or Discipline Engineers), and internal communications between PMT and various departments and/or Discipline Engineers.
  • Prepare and/or check project documents and drawings such as proposals, schedules, P&ID, plot plans, engineering drawings, specifications, correspondences, reports, documents related to authorities, meeting minutes and others.
  • Participate in meetings with End User, vendors, subcontractors, consultants, government officials as well as internal meeting to resolve project issues.
  • Performing administrative duties for the project such as planning, scheduling, co-ordination and monitoring of manpower, mobilization and project status.
  • Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties when required.
  • To ensure smooth and successful execution of projects that align with project strategies and objectives.
  • Reporting duty to Project Manager/Engineering Manager/Technical Manager.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Others), Engineering (Petroleum/Oil/Gas) or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates or engineers with less than 3 years experiences executing EPC Projects are encouraged to apply.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. Fluency in written and spoken Japanese is an advantage.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Engineering - Oil/Gas or equivalent.

  • Ability to work independently with high degree of commitment to ensure a healthy and safe working environment
